This was the worst tuxedo rental experience ever and they are over priced, especially for a DIY process. First, they don’t actually tailor a tux to your measurements. They measure and then send you the closest standard size, in a cardboard box. My husband (father of the bride) had to request a second coat and then had to pay a tailor to have it altered. Then it was my responsibility to steam our son’s tux or fork out more cash to have it pressed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Unless you have tons of time and don’t mind spending more money for a nicely fitted tux, go with some other tuxedo rental company. Also, they sent a brown trim pocket square for my son, which should have been black trim. But who has time to figure out how to exchange online or to call them. Lastly, we had three days to get it shipped back or an extension fee ($60 each) applied. That was barely enough time to catch our breath and say goodbye to family and friends. Consider yourself warned.

Best tux rental experience I’ve ever had. Melissa was very professional, efficient, and courteous. I will definitely bring all my rental business to her at the Black Tux at Nordstrom Woodlands from now on.

Terrible experience. The algorithm that they used to size you is terrible. They sent me pants that were three or four sizes too small and then when they shipped the replacement, they told me it would be here the day before and now it’s not showing up until after the event. And basically they told me good luck and try to fit into pants that are four sizes too small Incredible they’re still in business. I would absolutely not do any business with them. They couldn’t even get a supervisor on the phone and they don’t hold any additional pants in store. They offered to refund me only the shipping fee associated with the pants that were replacement. They cancelled a fitting for my group the morning of the fitting. Unprofessional. I would suggest other groups to look elsewhere for suit services.
