This place is so cute!! I went here for the first time today to get a baby shower gift and it had so many cute things. They wrapped it beautifully in THE CUTEST wrapping paper too for a small charge.

Beware. I have shopped here several times and even bought gift cards from T&T for expecting mom friends. I most recently bought a 2T outfit on sale for my daughter who wears 12m to 18m. We tried it on and the shorts were so tight it was like trying to fit her into 3-6 months clothes. Customer service is lacking and although the product sizing was defective T&T would not allow a return, store credit or anything other compensation. Very disappointed in the customer service here and policy. I try to support small businesses when I can and unfortunately I will not be shopping here again.

Weird, maybe it was an off day for them. Recently moved to the area from Dubai and was happy to find a store other than the typical target or Carter's for baby gifts that everyone has recommended so far. Was looking for two friends that just had little boys, wasn't quite sure where the fall clothes were, and was not spoken to even once by the person working there. I finally said hello to her and she said hello back and that was it. I guess maybe I wasn't dressed appropriately to make her feel like I was going to drop 200 bucks on baby gifts maybe then I would've gotten some customer service? Anyways lots of cute stuff but the whole place had a very weird vibe to it, I know that's a subjective review but quite honestly just didn't feel welcome there and chose to leave. Adding a star to this based on the kindness and initiative of the owner to reach out and at least offer an explanation for the experience that we had. I look forward to coming by the next time we end up in the area to do some baby shopping .....and it says something when owner takes the time to reach out when people have less than positive experience to try and improve.

Love Teacups and Tadpoles! Beautiful selection for babies and young children, the team there is always so friendly and helpful! This place is a go-to when I'm searching for gorgeous baby gifts and also when I'm looking for pretty things for my own kiddos. Highly recommend that everyone go check them out!
