I went to change my phone and since it was not at the same T-Mobile store where I had bought the phone, they refused to serve me. According to the manager, with a very bad attitude, she said that they are not the same corporation. He told me that I had to go to the store where I bought the phone. Now I won't be able to have a phone to communicate and work until next week since today was my day off and because this location was closer to me I went to this T-Mobile

I visited the T-Mobile store in The Woodlands mall. I received the most professional service from Danny. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable of the services. I observed he and his manager greet and assist customers. Kudos Danny!?????

Poor customer service. Save yourself and go to another location. I was looking for a specific phone and asked if they had it in a specific color and they did not. We had to call around and figure out who had it. Everyone we called didn't have it but offered a different color option. Not this location, but since we were here I decided to go back and ask. Pretty much the representative didn't care much. We had to take the words out of her mouth. We had to ask for specials. There was a special on a watch so she ordered for me. When I got home I realized she ordered the wrong one. I ended up going to another location. Wasting an hour of my time and the representatives' in fixing her mistake. Just go somewhere else.

Unhelpful staff who wouldn't even help me file an insurance claim. Just sent me on my way to a repair center to let someone else deal with me. Also didn't mention that I needed a full phone replacement since I cracked my back glass.

I had days trying to fix a issue with my phone and I went to different stores even in Louisiana and no one could help me like Rosario did at this store she was efficient and super nice and she’s also bilingual! Go see her.

My fiancé Janika Emmert went to the store over a week ago to open a personal account. Also, remember she had an account couple years ago with T-Mobile with no issues. on this day Julio, one of the sales reps insisted that she get a business line for her company. Also, we just moved to Texas about a month ago so the only thing he was concerned about was just getting a commission sale, . So she open up a business account supposedly through Julio which she showed all her documents to him in the store and I will be home instead of a week later and she has no cell phone service and also she wanted to switch back to regular cell phone service but now everything is up in limbo. This is the worst experience I’ve ever heard of especially with T-Mobile. You guys should be ashamed of yourself considering you only wanted a sale and now she’s still without a cell phone, so what are you gonna do?

Super helpful when X-finity did not deliver upon their promise. To unlock a paid for cellphone and delivered the poorest customer service. ( Except for Francesca) T-mobile employees were super helpful explaining everything. Three times. Yes, we came back 3 times. Because X-finity said the phone was unlocked and lied to us 2 more times. For starters, the service provided to us by the store managers were very poor. How is it possible that it took 2 days to be able to walk out of the store with phones. That is time wasted on our part. We then get home and our phones never worked. We had so much trouble with the service that we regretfully needed to take the phones back for a full refund. At that time, we were told that we had a $70 restocking fee per phone, (4) and that there was nothing that they could do about it. Lawsuit much? We were never told of the stocking fee at the time of purchase which to me, seems very unfair to the customer. The customer service was stupid. Speaking from 7 years of customer service experience with BestBuy, GeekSquad, and yes, also T-Mobile, I’ve never been treated this unfairly. Very very unprofessional people. I dodged a bullet not taking T-Mobile service. Please don’t go to this store and their customer care department, what a nightmare. Couldn’t get anyone on the line… the manager hung up when I asked my wife to hand him the phone. So disrespectful. Please retrain the management and your so called veteran employees! ???

Great costumers services and very supportive and friendly, I’m using T-mobile almost 6 years and I’m super happy, I alway go to T-Mobile in woodland mall and I recommend to go there if need any help and support, Big thanks to Nathan & Randy for their great services ??

Nathan was phenomenal!… not only did he fix an issue that the Apple Store and the customer service line couldn’t.. He didn’t give up and saved us a bunch of money. Everyone wanted us to wipe the phone or just get a new one. Nathan went into the phone and figured out something technical support could not! He needs a promotion because he obviously knows more than they do!

Terrible Costumer service I had a disappointing experience at the T-Mobile store where I attempted to trade-in and upgrade my phone. The associate helping me seemed unaware and informed me that I wouldn't receive any credit for my trade-in. A second employee then corrected the first, but offered less credit than I was previously quoted at another T-Mobile store. When I asked if the original offer could be honored, the manager was called over and was unhelpful, he seemed very annoyed with me, and simply said they couldn't help me. Despite me calling other T-Mobile stores in front of them, and being offered to honor the original offer, the manager was unwilling and he’s response was, and I quote, \\\"Go to another store. I'm not stopping you. There's nothing for me to do for you.\\\" This was a frustrating and unsatisfactory encounter, as upgrading my phone should be a positive and pleasant experience. I myself work in retail, customer service, and I well know that this is definitely not the way to treat a customer, this type of treatment of a customer is unacceptable. I had no choice but to leave the store while they stared at me as I walked out.

Five Stars to Jay (TMobile Sales Rep at this store) who helped me with my phone. While she is not a service tech, she went above and beyond her role to help me resolve a technical issue. I had spent more than 3 hrs on the phone with TM tech support, even finally being transfered to the phone manufacturer to trouble shoot this problem. Jay was kind enough to give her best shot at fixing my phone, found the problem and fixed it. This helped me increase my productivity and HOTSPOT connection issues. GREAT JOB JAY!!! Keep up the good work!!

Ana worked with my son and I on his cell. Great job! Then I went back a second time to assist me. Very patient and meticulous.
