we always stay at spring suites at the woodlands when visiting family. it's a clean nice environment that is convenient to where we want to be. staff is always friendly. rooms are always clean. on this last visit we were fortunate enough to meet Jacquie the bartender at the bar! she made our trip extra special! so warm and inviting and knowledgeable! and she makes a great drink too! i truly hope jacquie will be there for our next visit!Rooms: rooms are spacious, clean and fully functionalNearby activities: walkable for pretty much anything you might needWalkability: the location is convenient to stores for any last minute shopping of necessitiesFood & drinks: jacquie at the bar is above! she is fun knowledgeable and makes a great drink! full of surprises

Our room was outdated. One of the beds had a dead bug under the pillow. The pullout bed had food crumbs on the mattress. The room had a musty smell including the pillows. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was clean and decent.Safety: Our Uber driver advised us at checkout that this is not a safe area of town.

We stayed 5 nights and our sheets were never changed. One of the sheets got soiled and they came in on the 4th day and just pulled the sheets up like they changed it. There were crumbs on the floor and were still there after they came in and made it look like they came in and cleaned. They never came in and emptied our garbage for 4 days. When we went down to have breakfast, it was close to 9 when breakfast is over. I got a muffin and turned around to get a plate and the server had taken everything off the counter. She could have waited until I at least finished getting what I wanted. The freeway noise was very loud.

Clean rooms. Rude front desk staff. One price posted for items at their kiosk by the front desk and they charge a different price (more) when you go to pay for it. Not very professionally run hospitality business.

Stayed 2 times. 1st room was awesome, 2nd room not so much as air conditioner was noiser than I-45. Location worked for us as we needed to go to MDANDERSON right down the road.

I absolutely love this place , the rooms are always excellent and the breakfast is great, but honestly it’s the service for me. The people at the service desk are amazing and super friendly.If you have a chance to stay here, Marco and Daniel at “check in” are awesome, they both seem genuinely happy to see me when I arrive and are always very welcoming; especially Marco, he always has info on the area like what places to eat, or any info you need he’s your guy.Now if you want to grab a drink, no need to leave the hotel, Jackie at the Bar is the best! She literally makes this place and gives the extra star for me. She’s super thoughtful and is always so inviting, interested, and informative about the area. The bar is always well kept and she introduces the newbies to the recurring guests so that everyone can loosen up and mingle to have a good time.Now the icing on top for me is the breakfast in the morning, they have something for everyone and the ladies that prepare the food are very nice and will answer questions about the food if you have any. Also Lynn is pretty cool as well as Emily, I love this place 5 stars, hands down! Overall the room was clean and large enough. The most disappointing part about the hotel was, Room service did not come until we asked three days later. The shower head also had pink and dirty mold growing from it, Probably not ideal to be going on your face or in your mouth. For three people , they only set us up for 2 and supplies were minimal again until we asked. One respectable thing is after we did wage our complaints, They took care of it very fast. Breakfast was fair, but not disappointing.

We were forced to change to this hotel when SpringHill Suites at IAH airport told us our room was sold and no room for us when we finally arrived at 01:30am. It was a panic but the hotel reception helped us to contact SpringHill Woodland the found there are 2 rooms left. We arrived SpringHill Woodland after 02:30am, the reception lady was very nice efficient and checked us in. Room was cleaned, service was great though the location was a little bit remote

This hotel is so neat. So many fun things in the area, conveniently located off the freeway.Rooms: The rooms are very clean and up to date.Safety: The area is quiet and safe. Near the freeway, but quiet.Walkability: There are a few places to walk to if you want to eat. Walmart is a 5 minute walk.

Staff was over the top amazing!!! I lost a sentimental pair of gold earrings I received from my family as a Mother's Day present and was absolutely heartbroken that I left them in the room at check out. I called the front desk, and the kind person immediately checked with housekeeping who said they found one. They set it aside safely for me. Then the manager, Brian, called me and said he would personally check the room again and the laundry. A couple hours later, he called and said he found my second earring in the laundry! He very carefully wrapped the delicate earrings and express mailed them to me at no charge. 10/10 would recommend this hotel. Great staff and amazing leadership!!!Noteworthy details: Absolutely above and beyond customer service!! Very kind and hardworking staff.

We were a small family staying here for 7 days. It was very comfortable and well located within the area. The staff were all very friendly! The rooms were spotless and it was super quiet and safe. We were hoping to use the pool, but it was fall so too cold to enjoy. They have a fun splash pad for kids too. Loved the fire pit on cool nights and mornings. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice and most of the staff were pretty friendly. The breakfast was pretty standard for hotels, I dont recommend the blueverry muffins. Just be aware that they charge for parking and it isn't included in the booking price.
