Beware of their “super shaver” amber will add it on and not tell you it’s an additional $10 dollars and then only use it for 15 seconds , horrible haircut, service, rushed. Might as well of just shaved my head

Came in for a free haircut. Got the cut and was slapped with a $10 long hair fee, wish I would’ve been told that before hand as I was already hesitant about getting one to begin with. $15 in total with tip. Only reason I’m leaving two stars is because it’s really my fault I came here to begin with. My girlfriend is out of town for a while and she’s a cosmetologist and warned me about coming here. I went in looking like John Wick now I look like Dr. Octavius from Spiderman 2 despite telling the lady I only wanted an inch and a half cut off.

I've been getting haircuts from Lexis for almost two years and am always a satisfied customer. She is professional, has a great work ethic, and consistently provides high-quality haircuts for every occasion, including my own wedding. Lexis truly deserves a raise! I totally recommend her.

I had to downgrade the rating.
They charge more than their competitors for a premium experience which is lost when there seems to be a constant state of disrepair.
The online check in system has been working improperly for my last two visits creating inconvenience.
One of the checkin/out terminals has been broken for over a year. Not a frictionless experience.
The shampoo chairs are ragged and uncomfortable after years of use. I'd rather not pay extra to sit in an uncomfortable chair.
I have been coming to this SportsClips for 12 years. 99% of the time the stylists know exactly how to cut hair. It's not the stylists fault, but the ownership.
It is getting harder for me to return every 3 weeks to part with $30-$40 bucks.
Suggestion - allow customers to get in line for a specific stylist when they are scheduled to work. i.e. Stylist Available from 2:00pm on Wednesday can be booked earlier in the day or week.
It can be a virtual line for the customer and the stylist to help build their clientele.

Called in and asked for an appointment and it was suggested to check in online. I asked since I was on the phone could I check in Noland was told there's no wait and we can hold your spot for 15min. Got thereunder two people were ahead of me. Asked why I was last on the list when I called in to hold my spot and was told I had to do it online. Don't understand why I can't call in and make an appointment...

The location is very convenient for me to get to. I always have a great experience when I get my haircut. I ask for Maya or Shantell to cut my hair. They always do a great job cutting my hair with all the different directions of my hair. They are always very professional, courteous and pleasant to talk to. My wife and daughter has become a customer recently.

Julye took great care of me after I had a bad haircut from another facility. This was my first time here. She took her time to make me comfortable and worked with me to make sure I got the cut I wanted.

Weird and uncomfortable experience here. I brought my son in with a free haircut coupon. We’d never been to one of these places and he’s only had one haircut before, so I didn’t really know what to expect.The manager (Alexis?) and another stylist looked us up and down and seemed to be pretending like they weren’t sure if they accept those free coupons. I felt like they were profiling us to see if we were worth serving. My son was excited to get his hair cut so I stayed to see what they would say and they ultimately “got the coupon to work”.Right off the bat, the manager said there would be an extra charge because my son had long hair and wanted it cut short for the first time. What?? This should’ve been where we left but I thought maybe she was joking. I had already planned to tip well since the cut was supposed to be free.She got my son into the chair and went to work. It was going ok but she didn’t establish any rapport with my son at all. She wasn’t rude but not exactly friendly with him, and I watched as he went from excited to very upset. By the end, he was visibly holding back tears. It was a very big change for him and the experience was rough rather than welcoming or exciting. She did nothing to help reassure him or improve the experience.At check out, she charged us for the VIP experience ($7), which I’m guessing is what she substituted for the “long hair charge”. I tipped $20 because I expected to pay at least that much for a full price kids cut. By that point, I just wanted to get my kid out of there so he could have his feelings in private.The cut did not include a shampoo, hot towel, any VIP type stuff. None of it was offered to us either. I really feel like they saw free coupon and assumed we were a certain type of people. We had two other family members needing (full price) cuts and services, and looking for a salon to visit regularly, but due to this experience we will never be back here. I reached out to corporate with our experience and never heard anything back. This happened weeks ago. We took our family to a different franchise and had a MUCH better experience.I included 2 stars in my review only because the cut itself was good. She gave him the cut we both wanted, and once he got over the disappointing experience, he loves his hair now. However, when he’s due for his next cut, we’ll be going elsewhere.
