The girls who cash out checks need to be retrained. This location always gives me trouble, always needing to drive to a different Simmons bank location for them to do exactly what the lake woodlands location “couldn’t do” . Train them so you don’t have others waste their time like you wasted mine.

We tried to get a loan with this bank and had been in communication with the vice president of the bank. We followed his instructions in how to send over the documents and he decided he didn't like it and stopped talking with us after two emails. Don't waste your time with this place. Go somewhere else for your loan needs!
