Ok so Dorothy is perfection and runs the entire place and is everywhere all the time.. what if she’s not there? Or sick? Or family emergency? How is the rest of staff been trained? Or does it all fall to pieces when “Dorothy” is gone?

Doing everything online is SO EASY!! When I showed up to put my lock on the unit, Dorothy was completely accommodating. She explained everything from the lifetime guarantee on their locks, to walking me through the entire process of unit access as well as how she manages site security and maintenance.
