Whoever manages this location, PLEASE for the love of god train your employees how to read a freaking ID. I’m tired of my LEGAL ID being denied and having to drive to a completely different gas station just to get a pack of freaking vape pods. These employees act like the FBI yet they’re denying real IDS. Extremely annoying.

Clean well maintained great staff, snacks drinks lotto, car wash. Convenient to Alden Bridge neighborhoods.

Decent gas station. Ok choices of snacks and drinks. Car wash is not touch free, does a decent job. It seems there should have been soap since the scrubbers were hitting the car, but it was scrubbers with soap , rinse, then scrubbers no soap then rinse.

Be aware:
The Shell carwash in Alden Bridge is DANGEROUS! Use at your own RISK!
It broke down during the rinse cycle slammed into my car causing a big dent and broken antenna. I went immediately into the store and told the manager, she checked the carwash, agreed it was broken called the repair company while taking my information. An adjuster called the next week, did an over the phone interview and told me to get a repair quote. I did as requested, the collision shop submitted quote directly to the insurance co and I waited. Finally got a letter from adjuster stating, "we find the Shell carwash not responsible for the damage". I am beyond furious, I did nothing wrong and I am going to have to fix my car on my own dime when the manager admitted the carwash malfunctioned and did the damage to my pristine Volvo. I will NEVER do business at Alden Bridge Shell station ever again!

Timewise Shell StationNo mask worn by employee behind the counter (7:05pm, Saturday June 27, 2020)That very employee chuckled loudly and rolled his eyes hard as I walked in, but because I am on the clock and didn't want to risk contact, I just turned around and left.

Your typical Shell Gas station. The service is what you would expect of a typical shell gas station. Mediocre at best.

This gas station is very nice, it includes gas and a gas station for buying various items. The gas is always an average price and is maintained. I would recommend going to this gas station if you are low on gas. This gas station also includes employees that are friendly.
