Shapes moved out of the woodlands mall and relocated to Sola Salons in Shenandoah by urban air. Suite 226. They did a poor job communicating especially to the ones that paid for membership/future services. Just doing this review for that purpose. So you don't lose your money. I admit they do a great job with eyebrows. The problem is how much is trying to pressure you into buying their packages that are ridiculously expensive and then, even after you clearly show them that you’re uncomfortable, they don’t stop. I will never go back because they triggered my anxiety. They made me tip and I should only tip if I want to, which I usually do but let that be something I wanna do not something that I made to do. This place would be ok if they didn’t come on so strong. Also you can go to a regular salon and get it cheaper.

Sold me a 3 month lip and brow threading ($100) ... no longer in the mall. Nor is there anyone at the new location the texted me on Six Pines. NOT HAPPY

The staff is nice and welcoming, they did a great job on my eyebrows. The salon was clean but they are a bit on the pricey side I guess that's to be expected in the south and they could be a bit more organized as far as having a number system to know which customer is next in line.

Every time I’ve been in, they tell me I have a low balance and pressure me to buy a gift certificate. I literally just bought a gift certificate on 12/8 but when I came in today for my next service, they had no record of the $50 gift certificate on my account. I had to pay again in cash. Shady business practices. Never going back.Service: Eyebrow threading

The pressure is awful! The main lady that’s always there is just a bully. They’re way too aggressive telling you what package they’re signing u up for at time of payment instead of asking. They need to catch a clue that you don’t treat customers that way when you’re in that industry. I caved to the pressure to do a big pre pay plan & last time I went back they said they didn’t have record of my account so I had to pay out of pocket. Very lame.
