This place has such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was kind and accommodating and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I came in to get a watch bracelet resized and Shannon and Larry took great care of me. Will definitely be back in the future.

I seriously can not say enough about the staff and quality at Shannon’s Fine Jewelry. I will say I am horrible with names but I did deal with everyone and I have absolutely no complaints! One of my prongs broke and another one was loose causing my amethyst to fall out. They replaced my prongs and reset my gemstone. Turn around was quick they had my ring for three or four days before it was ready for pick up and the pricing was very affordable. I am extremely happy with the quality of the service as well as the customer service. I have been her previous and will continue to be a returning customer. If you are looking for a jeweler or looking to make a custom piece I can not recommend them enough!! Thank you so much to the staff at Shannons. I am so happy with my ring.

My main stone came loose from my wedding engagement ring. We brought it to Shannon Jewelry Store in Spring, TX. It is all in one piece. I brought it in on a Tuesday and they said it would be ready following Tuesday. I called them at noon and they said it would be ready at 1:00. When we got there it still was not ready!!! I think a week was long enough to reset the stone. I will only go to a jewelry store that can fix my jewelry in front of me. This was not acceptable.

The Woodlands location is disappointing. The sales woman had no interest in helping us and actually acted like we didn't belong there. Mistake, big mistake!

Shannon Fine Jewelry is the only jewelry store I go to. Whether to buy, get a watch battery changed or having their on-site Jewelers create a stunning piece of jewelry,, they do it all.. I also have had great success putting fine jewelry on consignment!The Staff is so knowledgeable and courteous I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

I would give less stars if I could. Not a single employee or customer wearing a mask in the store and neither was it enforced. What a complete irresponsibility and ignorant way to operate a business. Management should be ashamed - people are dying. Not getting my business anymore.

Owner is very nice and helpful. Needed to have my son’s watch sized and they had us in and out in less then 5 minutes. This is my third time coming here and I’ve never been let down. Prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend to anyone either looking for fine jewelry or needing their jewelry service. Thanks again Larry for all your help. ~ Dan

It makes me very sad to leave a negative review. However, I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated on my last visit. I purchased a very expensive ring during the "Going out of Business" sale. Come to find out it is worth way less than what I paid. They 100% defrauded me on a diamond engagement ring. Sold me a stone that John said with his expertise wasn't certified but he knew and could certify it for another 250.00

I just had my wedding rings cleaned and repaired at Shannon's and I can't rave about them enough- my rings look brand new! The new owners Larry and Tammy were so welcoming and friendly. Great customer service, I will be back for some holiday shopping soon.

Would recommend this Jewelry store to everyone! They took care of us really quick and last minute. Altered some bracelets for me and even shared some of his knowledge about the style of gold and how to maintain them clean.
