I usually only write reviews for restaurants but my experience here was so bad that I felt compelled to write a review, lol.
This might be a complaint with Sephora generally these days - because I find that the stores are overcrowded, with kind of scary workers, and the products that I want are always expensive and in stock only 50% of the time. Also the testers are kind of gross and everything always smells of like 2000 perfumes being sprayed at once.
I came into this specific store to make a return and to maybe get a different shade of a Dior lip product. I asked a woman with a lot of facial piercings where the Dior section was, she pointed and then I went to look for the product I was interested in. I have been a client for like 10 years now and know that sometimes if you can’t find a color on display it might be in the drawers, so I opened them to look and the same woman from before came back over and rudely admonished me. Then she didn’t even ask to help me find the product I was interested in…. I’m a grown adult and probably older than her!
Are you trying to sell products or just harass your customers? Lol
Literally the weirdest experience and I’m going to be buying direct or elsewhere from now on.

The store & makeup displays were dirty and in disarray. There were very few customers in the store, and the employees did not offer any assistance. They just stood around talking to each other.

The beautiful advisor Matthew was awesome and very knowledgeable on the products I need and I was looking for. He helped me and didn’t get frustrated doing it. His attitude was very inviting and cheerful. He also helped me purchase more than what I originally came in for. Found some new things and he warn me about products I wanted to get for myself but wasn’t really for my skin. All his suggestions were on point and great for my skin type. Overall I would definitely come back just to be served by Matthew it’s not just about a sell to him but about meeting the customer needs and finding satisfaction in the products we purchase. I really look forward to spending my money and making future purchases with Matthew because I was happy with everything he suggested. He educated on a lot on things I can use and shouldn’t try. Thanks for having such a caring and polite beauty advisor

Always appreciate the excellent customer service Sephora offers. Today, Bella at The Woodlands Mall location helped me find products I wasn't aware of and more suited for my needs and my daughter's. She was knowledgeable, professional and made me feel comfortable to talk with her. Thank you Bella! We will be back and tbe sure to tell all of our friends about this great experience!

Went in yesterday morning to purchase a new foundation it was very empty , no one asked if I needed help when I entered the store. After about 10 minutes of wandering someone asked what I needed and requested a color match for me then waited about 15 more minutes before leaving because no one came to help me. When I walked out the person that requested my color match asked if I was helped, I said no because I wasn't and wasn't in the mood to spend money in a place that couldn't help me.

This woman , i forgot her name , she has pale skin and a red pixe cut a little bit of an older woman . She was so rude . She insisted i say yes maam to her . I have no problem with using certain words for people if they request them but she was just so rude about it , I would have no problem using it if she didnt get all up in my face and have a snarky tone. Also when i asked for a product she said “well thats a pro makeup line” Insinuating that i was bad at makeup , just because i dont wear every day doesnt mean i dont wear glam makeup looks or im bad at it.

I went and got a rare beauty highlighter on the 23rd and I went and asked the workers if there was any rare beauty bluish in shade “happy” and they were so nice about everything and felt sympathy when they couldn’t find the shade I wanted I loved it!
