I wish I could give negative stars. I have had 2 bad experiences at this location. The issue is the young girls who work the front desk. Rude demeanors, just not pleasant to deal with at all. I have had this experience on 2 separate occasions. Today I arrive around 4:22pm and their office hours show open until 5pm. They advised they stop seeing people at 415pm. I have Covid and really was hoping to get my chest x per my doctors order. Very disappointed in the tone both girls had at the front desk , I then asked for the office manager. Her tone was not much more pleasant. I feel if people work in healthcare they should be kind hearted and compassionate and have a “serving” heart. Customer service is everything , especially when people are not feeling well! Very disappointed.

My visit to River Oaks MRI and Imaging was an excellent experience. All personnel from Reception to X-RAY were friendly and courteous and visit was very quick.

Went in for Cat Scan in Feb. Advised them I had met Medicare Ded for 2024. The told me no, had to pay $117.46 to have Cat scan. I knew not owed. I payed. Even tho I have talked with them multiple times, mailed proof NOT owed, and have been given excuses on not refunding, that I did not owe, still no refund 5 months later. Medicare has advised I file a formal complaint as this is not tolerated by Medicare, I am now doing so. I gave them deadline on last mailing of proof. IN that mailing was copy of where they had been paid and did in fact owe me the refund. They have ignored. I gave 2 stars as procedure went great. Staff in that area, no complaints. I won't go back due to this, and advise all if they demand you pay , pay by check. You will need the proof if you did not owe. Good luck on ever seeing your $$ again. Read the low star reviews, most about $$$ not owed, not given back, or overcharges on previously quoted. How is it they reflect 5 star reviews when there ARE SO MANY negative ones?? Manipulated by them ???- JAB an 82 yr old Sr. Citizen on fixed income.
