After receiving a "non-renewal" letter from our current homeowner insurance company, frustrated after weeks of not being satisfied with quotes from other agencies, Rich was highly recommended by a trusted family friend. I am so thankful we contacted him! He lived up to everything my friend said about him and more! Not only do we have superior coverage for a lot less money but having an agent as a neighbor makes me fell much better all around. Rich was professional, knowledgeable, caring and efficient-getting me the very best coverage in the industry. He took care of me like family. I felt very safe and confident we made the best choice for our home and automobile coverage. Such a relief!!

I was very happy with my current insurance for many years but when a purchased a new home they made the paperwork very complicated for myself and my lender. I decided it may be a good time to look at insurance competitors. Rich Martin made the process so easy. He sent me a side by side comparison of houses and cars then explained each to me very thoughtfully. Once I decided to move all of my insurance to Rich he worked directly with my lender and got them what they needed the same day. I never wanted to compared insurance companies to what I had because I thought it would be time consuming and complex but Rich made it clear, quick and painless.

Edit and update: Sarah in the office is the miracle worker. She is patient, fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and persistent in the best sense of the word. That office is fortunate to have her! Thank you Sarah!We are fortunate to have Rich in the community. I have a number of policies with State Farm and my agent retired, so I met with Rich today. I usually have a ton of questions and need to know the details. I was very impressed. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to answer all my questions.
