These guys saved the day! My Jeep broke down on a Friday afternoon on my way out of town but I couldn’t get a tow there until right at their closing time… and they waited for it to arrive at their shop! Monday morning it was fixed and ready to go… the most hassle free and pleasant mechanic shop experience I’ve ever had! 100% highly recommend!

My husband and I recently moved to the Woodlands and needed a new automotive place to do oil changes, repairs, etc. It can feel overwhelming when you've just moved, and among other things, trying to find a place that you trust with your vehicles - especially when you and your family members have been taking your vehicles to another place for many years, and completely trust it.Needed our oil changed, and it couldn't have gone smoother. Scheduled an appointment, and was greeted with a welcoming smile by both of the guys at the counter. They invited me to have some coffee and have a seat to wait - they have a nice sitting area, and bottled water as well.Did the oil change and rotated our tires in a timely manner. We've also been having a mild issue with our A/C, so when time allows, and based off this experience, we'll be returning when we can so they can take a look at that issue as well. So, fingers crossed, looks like we may have found our new place to take our vehicles!

Recommend: YESI had a very good experience here and believe that Repair One is a very reliable automotive repair shop! The staff here was friendly and able to provide a correct repair for a very good price! I genuinely recommend taking your car here for repairs/services.I needed an alignment on my sedan and different auto repair shop told me that the inner and outer tie rods would need to be replaced before performing an alignment and was going to cost over $1,000+. I called and spoke with Jason and was able to drop off my car here on the same day for an inspection and alignment. They performed the inspection and instructed me that the tie rods did not need to be replaced and that everything was fully functional and within working properly. I only had to pay for an alignment (which was about $123.00). I was very pleased with the honest service, affordable repair cost and the professional customer service from Jason and Jon.I highly recommend Repair One Automotive Repair Services to repair your vehicle(s). Repair One provides a full range of auto services and state inspections. I believe them to be genuine, honest and very fair with repair costs! It can be difficult to find an honest auto shop and Repair One is exceptional and highly recommended!Service: Wheel alignment

Caveat Emptor. Repair One will quote a price to get your business and then will call you and tell you they need more money to resolve the issue. After you pay the extra money and drive away, the service engine light will return and the A/C will blow hot air (similar to Jon, their sales guy). Their other salesperson, Jason, will immediately transfer you as he does not have the wherewithal to address complaints. Their technicians will clear the service engine light, pass your inspection knowing that the code will return in less than 50 miles (illegal, but they get away with it). When you return the car, they will keep it for months, tell you they need more than double the original quote, and still be unable to repair. They will dodge your phone calls, they will not return your phone calls, and they refuse to allow you to speak to people in positions of authority. When the owner (Brett) finally did return my call (after 9 months) he rambled on about all the things they "did not know" and said he would need an additional $3,100 to repair the vehicle (on top of the $3100 he already collected on a $2,800 quote). When I called him back, I was told that he retired. A few weeks later his son (Riley) called me and said he was sorry but they did not know how the repair the car. He suggested he could have "his" muffler guys weld in a catalytic converter to the vehicle and that "might" solve the problem for a few months (again, for more money). Stay far away from this company. They cheated me and my family, they are dishonest, and they have no integrity. I'm out $3,100 driving a vehicle with a service engine light and no a/c in 104°F conditions. On the bright side, my vehicle miraculously passed the state inspection so at least I have that going for me.Services: Auto exhaust system repair

Jason was extremely friendly & helpful, from diagnostic day to me bringing it back for repairs. He had to reorder a part & knew I couldn't miss work, so he made sure I had a loaner to get me there and answered all of my many, many questions with confidence & ease. The Team were very prompt with feedback throughout the process. I received a quote on costs for a very detailed work scope, which made my decision to move forward very easy. I was having transmission problems with my truck, and immediately was assuming it was going to require an overhaul. I was incorrect, and the team at repair 1 was communicative and responsive the whole time, while not taking advantage of me. Would definitely recommend.

Repair One with the owner as Jon actually did a great job on our 1994 Toyota Supra which was indeed quite a project for him to find parts to replace and repair the vehicle. He took excellent care of the car, he diagnosed and ordered special and specific parts to repair the vehicle and he always keep us informed on the progress. When he finished working on the Toyota Supra he had it detailed which we much appreciated! Excellent customer service and good, honest people to work with! I just happened to be in The Woodlands and needed to do my state vehicle inspection. I went to Repair One just because I passed it on the way to my destination. I was thoroughly impressed with the facility, specifically, the waiting area. It was clean and comfortable. The service was fast, and the wait was not long.
