Leotus Hightower is the current president and is a scam artist. He is taking money out of the HOA pot skimming off the top from deals and donations I have proof.leotus Hightower not only charges 500$ per homeowner but also then takes large amounts of that money out of the pot and gets renovations done at his own home! So essentially he gets paid big money to get free work done at his home while innocent hard working home owners get taxed heavily for it!

I previously posted a review about being charged a $35 fee from last years HOA dues that was an error. I didn't get anywhere after talking to several people about it. Today I received a call from John Miller, he looked into the matter and 15 minutes later called me back to let me know it is resolved. I appreciate what he did and it shows great customer service. Thank you very much John.

We are former condominium owners at Stone Creek, Alden Bridge, the Woodlands, Tx. The HOA for community is PMG with our contacts being Penny Prothro and Wendy Chaires. We sold our unit on August 25, 2023. PMG still withdrew the HOA fee from our checking account approximately September 5, 2023 although we were no longer homeowners. There is no dispute as to whether we are due a refund. However, we have asked on three occasions when the refund will be paid and the form of payment. To date, 7 weeks after the withdrawal by PMG and multiple emails and phone calls, there is still no known path forward by PMG. This is NOT the way an HOA ought to conduct themselves.

Just bad. Have the audacity to even mention that fact of getting attorneys because of trash cans? Because it’s a “safety hazard” but yet can’t do anything about cars parked out in the street even though those same deed restrictions say cars can’t be parked in the streets? If anything those “unsafe” trash cans cause the moronic speeding people like toDo in the neighborhood mainly down the long straight streets to slow down 30 mph in a neighborhood with no sidewalks for kids to play on is ridiculous let a kid get hit especially mine in the neighborhood trash cans are gonna be the least of the problems

I'm a homeowner here in Spring in the Postwood Subdivision I've contact this office numerous times and not able to get a response or call it's always answering machines you have to speak with. This is a new management service to our community for a few years and I haven't since nothing they've done to enhance the community. Very ?

I recently purchased a home in a HOA managed by Principal Management Group of Houston. I needed some immediate modifications to the residence and contacted Penny Prothro the Asst. Manager of the property management company. She immediately responded to my needs and provided me with the necessary documents needed to complete my project and then assisted me with gaining the necessary approvals for my project. She was most helpful and extremely professional as well as personable during the entire process. Because of her, the usual process of dealing with a bureaucracy was made quite pleasant.Terry Foster
