Honestly such a great daycare, the front office ladies are genuinely good people and will treat your babies like their own. The teachers have been so great to us!Couldn’t have asked for a better place and people to care for my daughter when we needed them to!

The Assistant director and the hiring staff should definitely do a better job on the hiring process. It’s unprofessional to have someone waiting weeks for a process that you guys claim takes a few days to receive. Also it’s kind of mind blowing that you couldn’t have the common decency to inform of not getting the position and hire someone else which is perfectly fine but don’t fill someone up with lies saying they’ll be receiving something when you had no intent on doing.

My son went to primrose from 12 weeks to pre-k and we were so sad to say goodbye this summer. He had a wonderful experience and loved seeing the same friendly faces through so many seasons.

Both my daughters have been enrolled at Primrose Sterling Ridge since they were about three months old. Primrose has an excellent educational curriculum, with the structure my daughters need to stay physically and mentally active. Both girls absolutely love the school and genuinely look forward to going everyday. From the director, to the staff and teachers; it is truly a family environment and I would highly recommend this school to any parent.

We absolutely love Primrose at Sterling Ridge. They are always keeping the kiddos at the forefront of their mind. Every change has been a smooth transition, every day my child knows she is loved by each staff member, & every day she is greeted by first name by each person she sees. We have been & continue to be blessed by every single member of this staff. I highly recommend this school to love on and teacher your little ones.

Our son has been at Primrose Sterling Ridge since he was 8 weeks old. As a new mom, I was hesitate to trust anyone with my newborn. The teachers, yes teachers, at Primrose went above and beyond for our family. I say teachers, because they hire individuals who want to teach and help grow our children, not just people who watch our children for hours a day. I could not ask for more caring people to spend and help raise my child while I am at work.

Primrose has been a blessing for my son, the teachers provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment that allows for structured growth as well as individual development. The online application allows for snapshots during the day which shows the attention they give to each child. Thank you for being great mentors for our little ones!

Both of my boys have been going here since they were babies. Very caring staff and they keep the parents well informed. Also we have received a scholarship for a discount on our sons’ tuition thanks to the owner’s generosity. Highly recommend.

Don't fall for the 'show' they will feed to you during a tour. The employee who can sell Primrose to the most families gets a Katespade purse. There are cockroaches creeping around the rooms, some electrical outlets left uncovered (even after an employee has requested on a supply list for protectors) and run a background check yourself on the teachers...the teacher Bio's on the doors read they may have a college degree or years experienced, but the majority do NOT. The School in the past 11 months has flipped through 5 directors, and the lady Mrs. Grill who is currently now the director has actually been the cook there for a little over a decade-that says something in it's self if you get what I mean. Feel free to contact me personally, I worked at the Sterling Ridge locations nearly a year then quit due to many unbroken promises and just mainly how unorganized the 'school' is. For what parents pay at Primrose; it's astonishing employees only get paid 9.00-11.00 with (maybe) an annual quarter raise. People get paid more than that at Fuddruckers down the street and even at HomeDepot. as a mother myself the best advice i can give in regards to finding childcare/ schooling for your child is to do your homework parents.

I want to start of by saying that the teachers at this school are absolutely amazing and only because of them would I trust my children at their school. The management of the school is very poorly operated. I have worked on management teams for much larger organizations and I honestly don't understand how their behavior is tolerated. I will not mention any names but the ladies in management in the office have participated in some very unethical doings that were intended to harm other people. Their actions were not only childish and uncalled for but completely harmful to other people. Please please please think carefully before trusting this management team.

If I had a child that I was gonna send to daycare, this would be the place. So many smiling faces!
