Horrible customer service. At least 4 women working at this location, I was never greeted or offered assistance although others were. I was there for 10 mins looking to purchase some hefty items; their loss.

What horrible customer service. They tell you that your account will be credited for an item they sold you to tell you the vendor can't fill in order. They will charge your credit card amount of the item , the vendor couldn't fill, to then overcharge you, to tell you, a vendor can fill it. They will charge additional money and say an additional 3 weeks to the 12 weeks. They originally charged you.They send you to a 3rd party credit, who will authorize a refund. However, 10 days later, there was no refund.Then, they will say, "Management at this Woodlands location, has not authorized the refund!!!I should have read the reviews!! What a nightmare of a company.I enjoy being told that they receive so many orders from out of state that coming in the store is a waste of time. " Everybody orders online." Yes!!! I did order online and received items.. butPlaced a 10,000.00 order FEBRUARY 2nd.. excepted date. April 17th-May7th.. so you will take my money in February and deliver, possibly???? May??Obviously, another retailer that doesn't need customers. The workers will also let you know that they do the job for the fun of it.I thought they needed a paycheck? I do. But at Pottery Barn in the Woodlands... they volunteer for the fun of it! I guess the "fun" is selling and charging for a product they can't deliver.I filed a dispute with the credit card.Maybe DURING the WEEK, the corporate office is interested??I say maybe because " Charles," who is the manager, is on vacation as of 1pm Friday, March 15th. Rosie and ?? Another manager will be following up. I've never heard from anyone on Friday.. Today 3/16.. " they are so busy" that the girl who answered the phone "in the back room" wouldn't be giving the message until her break. " Let's remember, they volunteer. who needs a break?? They close at 8 pm.. yep, it's my fault that I thought a large retail company could deliver what they promised.Looking at the reviews, I wish I had READ 1ST!!!

BUYER BEWAREThere is a reason they don’t have reviews on their websiteAlmost a whole year of complaints for a bedroom set.Absolutely terrible quality for the price you pay. Bought a bedroom for my then 6 year old. It barely made it 6 months when the dresser started chipping and the bed showing cracks where the slats are and showing signs of ‘wear and tear.’ It’s a loft bed son it’s not like he jumps on it all day. Other than sleeping in the room he doesn’t really do anything else in there.The dresser has had replacements sent twice already with both being defective, either chipped or discoloration. Upon bringing it up to the supervisor I was told that it can be replaced one last time because the other 2 were not up to my standards. It’s an almost 2000$ dresser. I expect standards since what they claim is exceptional quality and unparalleled value. Total lie.As for the bed after months of calls back and forth they’ve finally agreed to replace it. But then I find out that the dresser is not in stock and they do not know when and if it will be. They offered a refund and to collect the dresser but then I’m left without a dresser for the bedroom set.Completely unprofessional and do not respect their own claims of being high quality. Nor provide any solutions for the dresser.

Almost nothing is priced. Have to ask about each item or look it up yourself. Much prefer Highland Village location.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company. We bought almost $5000 worth of furniture, it took 6 months to get it in, and we ended up having to cancel the order. Now, we can't get the refund to save our souls. Customer service is pleasant and keep saying the refund is on the way, but we are still waiting. It has been 3 months now, and it is always a new excuse as to why it hasn't been processed. This company is just stealing and lying. So unethical and wrong!!

Ordered a table four months ago and it was back ordered. Waited for delivery once. They sent the wrong table. Waited for delivery a second time. They sent a broken table. They said I could wait another month and maybe get another one. Canceled the order. Still waiting on the refund. This is a very untrustworthy organization. A massive corporation masquerading as a quality furniture store.

Drive to Highland Village location if you want any form of service. This location is always very rude; no greeting when you walk in, you can’t find a single person to help you even after spending two hours clearly looking for help, and they told me they had my item in stock but couldn’t let me buy it because it was inventory day…. I ended up spending $1000 on bedding elsewhere because this location was so unhelpful. Also, half their items are missing prices where it’s supposed to be on the tag.

In September 2022, I spent almost $10K on the Farmhouse king bedroom set (including bed, two end tables, and dresser), Folsom console table, and set of 6 Payson counter stools.Nov. 3: A delivery was scheduled for this date through Ryder. The truck arrived with only the two end tables from the bedroom set.Nov. 10: A second delivery was scheduled. The items didn't arrive, and there was no call from Ryder.Nov. 15: Third scheduled delivery date. Ryder truck arrived with the dresser, but the wrong bed.Dec. 21: The counter stools arrived.Dec. 24: Another delivery was scheduled, but Ryder called that afternoon to say they wouldn't be arriving.Jan. 3: Another delivery was scheduled with no arrival.Jan. 19: Ryder arrived with the wrong console table. They also delivered the head and footboards of the bed, but not the base or the rails.There have been 7 separate delivery dates, and I am still waiting for the rest of my bed and the correct console table. I'm currently storing a console table I didn't order and an unusable headboard and footboard.Meanwhile, I've missed 7 days of work waiting for deliveries that didn't happen, or were wrong.I've called Pottery Barn multiple times to work this out. Each time, I've been told this isn't their fault and there's nothing they can do. They blame Ryder, and suggest I call them. I disagree. I didn't choose Ryder to make these deliveries - Pottery Barn did. They are responsible for making sure the products I paid for are delivered to me.I've also called Ryder - again, multiple times - and they blame Pottery Barn for sending the wrong items and not following through.Pottery Barn isn't cheap. When I bought this furniture and scheduled these delivery date(s), I expected a quality product and experience. Every time I take a day off work to be available for these botched deliveries, it costs me time and money. I want an adult, either at Pottery Barn or Ryder, to accept some responsibility and make this right. Hopefully this review will get someone's attention, and help me get a resolution to this issue.

My experiences at this Pottery Barn have been excellent; I've continually received friendly and personalized customer service from 99% of the staff over the years. We usually hear about the bad encounters but wanted to share it's people like Sonya there who go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your purchasing experience. I called to order a heavy blanket that could be express shipped since cold temps are about to hit as my son is arriving in town. Was trying to avoid the Christmas rush and parking craziness but Sonya suggested I order ahead, pull up to the back door this morning, and they would run it out to me. Made the transaction cheaper and so easy while she remained cheerful during a busy time for them. I appreciate the consistency of their staff's assistance and will continue to shop this location in the months/years ahead.

I ordered a comforter and entire sheet set from pottery barn a month ago and they haven’t even shipped my order yet!!! The just have it on “back order” status and no updates or any information and I paid a pretty penny for this order! They don’t care anything about their customers and it is obvious! Will never order anything from pottery barn ever again! This is the longest I have ever waited for any order I have ever placed! For as much money as I spent with this company and they just flat out ignore me, I’m very irritated! Buyer beware!

We ordered a piece of furniture in April. Delivery date was originally mid June but has been pushed out to estimated delivery January 2023. Beware. You may be waiting a year to receive your furniture order.
