Amazing location! The team here is EXTREMELY helpful and kind. I have a PNC location 5 minutes away from my home but will continue to drive to THIS location!!! If you have not visited this location, run don’t walk! The customer service is incredible!

Bank changed from Guaranty. I came in branch the very next day and was unable to try and my own account number. Apparently account numbers took a while to get issued and the computers were not yet changed over. This bank has been done to the point that it is no better than having a piggy bank on the counter in the kitchen. Today I close and I'm transferring everything over to Chase right across the street. Terrible!!!!!

PNC has managed to wreckwhat was a wonderful bank (BBVA). Heres the recipe for losing a 20 year customer: 1) Close the bank branch on Saturdays 2) Switch all BBVA account numbers so that you have to update all of your direct deposits and redo all your checks and auto pays 3) Make the customer fill out their own ACH change request forms for the new account (Chase Bankers do this for you, BTW) 4) Remove the ability to deposit checks with your your phone 5) Remove deposit and withdrawal slips from the lobby (don't want anyone getting a head start!) 6) Hold checks for 3 days before clearing them. 7) Take 45 minutes to make a withdrawal or close an account 8) Make sure the ATM doesn't recognize checks for deposit, so you're forced to come back on Monday amd spend another 45 minutes with the teller. 9) Make sure the CEO doesn't respond to you when you send a letter to corporate explaining why your closing your account. Other than this, they've been super to work with. /s

Went in for assistance. Rolando is fantastic to work with. Friendly, hospitable, and completed the transaction end to end. Couldn't have asked more.

I was trying to get a large some of cash for a fence project in Spring. The old Compass bank near my home has apparently closed shop so I went to the PNC off Grogan’s Mill- they had NO cash.First time I’ve heard that.…So I came to this Hughes Landing branch. They were able to get my cash, but the process was excruciating with the remote teller, other customers waiting behind me, no privacy, very unorganized and unprofessional feeling and I had to park on the other side of the crowded Whole Foods parking lot. I felt vulnerable walking that far with that much cash…I will most certainly be leaving this bank on Nov 5.

WORST TAKE OVER BY A BANK I HAVE EVER KNOWN. We had several accounts with BBVA, merge has been a nightmare! We can only view one account and zero history from transactions with BBVA. Quickbooks cannot merge info from PNC, just a complete nightmare for personal and business accounts. I feel for the employees who are having to take the brunt of all this as it is not their fault this comes from the administrators. Parallels of BBVA and PNC should have been ran side by side and tested to make sure the transition would run smooth but they took a short cut!

I've been a BBVA Compass Bank customer for 25 yrs. the takeover by PNC has been a disaster. My wife and I have 4 accounts there, using their online banking we can't see one of them, can't manage it or access it. A payment that was supposed to be made from this account was canceled, we don't know why, we weren't notified. The branch where we bank phone service has been out 3 days. The national phone support for their business customers has been overwhelmed, Tues I was on hold for 2 hrs., Wed. I was on hold for an hr. before someone answered, today I've called 3 times, twice got the message that they were so busy the weren't accepting anymore calls, the next time I called I was on hold for 1 hr. 13 mins. then was disconnected. They've had months to plan for this and still nothing works.

Avoid this bank, totally inept, was a former BBVA customer, they botched the transition, had no access to my personal and business accounts for several weeks, finally everything linked, then boom, they removed even more accounts upon trying to link some more accounts for me. You have to call them and it does no good, they are nice, but they are totally clueless about customer service. Their banking webpage is like going back 15 years in banking. Looking now to remove all my business from them ..

Horrible transition from BBVA. Nothing works and the bank managers are too busy to help.

This is a full service branch for PNC in the Woodlands. They have two ATM vestibules for you to use, and there is teller and banker service. I docked one star because there is no parking lot, you must park on the street.

Friendly and excellent customer service!!! We came to open new bank account during a promo! Fine print with Free money into your account after 60 days!! Sweet!! Go see Mrs Yona!!! I was connected to her right away. She made the whole process easy to navigate. We even opened separate savings account. Bank offers self service video banking, in person banking, and secured ATM after hours. Very convenient location.
