Came on a weekday morning. Pretty quiet, about 3 other children.
Very clean and well maintained. Not a huge play space, but definitely enough to do for a whole morning. Probably best for non school age kids - mostly pretend and imaginative play.
Important note - they charge for the kids, not the adults which is very nice and appropriate.
I would come again with my youngest, she enjoyed everything here.

We did the full birthday package where PSM does everything from set up to clean up and it was a wonderful experience! We brought a few of our own decorations and a birthday cake, but it was wonderful to have everything done for us during the party so we could relax and enjoy the party with our son. I wish we had been able to extend it to a 2 hour party rather than the 90 minute slot, but we will book earlier next year!

Definitely worse customer service prior to this incident this used to be my favorite place to bring my kid to even the location in Dallas but after this they won’t see a dime. We travel to Houston every 6months and for that time o purschase the passes I was told it was okey to get a snack from next door on my way back the new worker gave me attitude and embarrassed me in front of other customers and for that reason I won’t support this place anymore I can get slime and activity and diy
Below pictures each 6months apart and definitely won’t be back

Great place to let my (almost) 2 year old rub around and play inside. The play stations are setup so sweetly with so much detail, she LOVED it. The staff are walking through cleaning and reorganizing the stations constantly. We spent 3 hours here easily, she did not want to leave, we will definitely have to come back. The school bus, food truck, and pretend house were her favorite.
They also have cool little crafts and activities for older children for small additional fees ($4-$15) such as painting pottery, tie dye hats, etc.
There's also a small gift shop in the entry featuring some of the cute play items found in the "museum".
They only charge for children, not attending adults.

We had a fantastic time at Play Street Museum! The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with setup and ensuring everything went smoothly. They were friendly and attentive throughout the event, making sure all the kids had a blast. The facility itself was perfect for a fun-filled party. Highly recommend this place for a memorable and enjoyable celebration!

On June 10, 2024 I brought my granddaughter to the Play Street Museum The Woodlands as I have done numerous times.
For the first time EVER, I was completely shocked and disappointed with everything overall! The toys were everywhere and NOT on their respective places. Children were putting toys in their mouths and each themed room was pretty much empty with the appropriate toys! The "Manager" there at the time - when questioned about the toys not where they were suppose to be and multiple children putting things (toys) in their mouths and those toys NOT being cleaned and/or sanitized -she said and I quote ... "it's difficult to keep everything where it belonged and well you know kids"! Yep, I know kids, what I don't know nor do I understand is in the previous times visited - the toys were picked up from the floor, immediately put into a container, cleaned, washed and sanitized before being returned to the designated location.
We ALWAYS picked this place because of the interaction and creativity that was available to us and they set themselves apart from other museums! This is NO longer the case and disgustingly disturbing and disappointing!!
Should've received a refund and another free day-something-an apology would've helped. Instead, nothing was offered from the manager on duty once I shared my thoughts and disappointment with her. She still maintained - well you know kids!
We will NEVER go back! Which saddens me- my granddaughter loves this place.

We had the BEST visit! The staff is friendly and helpful, discreetly cleaning and organizing as the happy children move things around during imaginative play. In this weather when it is too hot or too rainy, my three kids beg to go to the museum! And honestly, I don't mind sitting comfortably in the AC either... it's easy to keep an eye on all three usually from one seat! We'll be back soon!

We booked the Play Street Museum for our four year old’s birthday party. We invited our child’s daycare class and any siblings, and there was something for all ages to do. What is nice about booking a party here is there was an employee who kept the party schedule flowing without my need to prompt partygoers to sit down to paint, sing happy birthday, eat and play. So I could enjoy my kids and our guests. Definitely worth booking for a party. Very clean and well organized fun space for littles. Highly recommend.

My son had his 4th birthday party at Play Street The Woodlands and we absolutely loved everything about it! The space is beautiful, the staff is attentive and so helpful, there are so many fun things for kids of all ages to do (even younger teens). The slime add-on was a hit and all the parents raved about how great the party was and how much fun their kids had. My friend even booked her son’s party there for next month that same night after our party. I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone who will listen! Thank you PSM for making my son’s party so amazing!

Absolutely amazing experience! This indoor make-believe play area is a dream come true for kids. From being a veterinarian to a train conductor to a jungle adventurer, the variety of roles is incredible and keeps the kids entertained for hours. The facility is spotless, well-maintained, and comfortably air-conditioned, making it a perfect escape from the heat. The staff is exceptional – friendly, attentive, and great with children. Highly recommend this place for a fun, imaginative, and educational outing! Five stars all the way!

The toys and set up was super cute but I wish there was a no shoe policy in place so that us parents feel comfortable letting our kids crawl and even infants have some tummy time with no worries while the toddlers and kids play. The floors were super dirty from all the shoes and the AC vent was black from all the dust. Not the cleanest place for little ones to be running around. Makes me question how clean the toys are… Lastly the staff at the front were not the friendliest.. I don’t think I’d return… an outside playground is cleaner!

Smaller than you would expect. Our kids enjoyed it, so that's all that really matters

Super cute place! Lots of different areas to play! Definitely keeps a toddler busy & entertained.I do hate that people go with their shoes on there.. like there are babies & kids put everything in their mouth too! So not very clean/sanitary!Debating if I should go back there.
