Veterinarian is taking no more than 2 minutes to asssess your pet. I went for vaccine/exam, had to be in an appointment and lost the offer for first time clients because the Vet just came and said side effects for the vaccine and left.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service at the Petco on Kuykendahl. I scheduled a grooming appointment for my 10-week-old puppy, who has received the second round of vaccinations appropriate for his age. Despite this, the appointment was abruptly canceled by a groomer named Britney, who initially claimed it was due to vaccination issues.
However, when I called to clarify, Britney gave a completely different reason — stating that she needed three hours just to trim my puppy’s face, paws, and tail. This sudden change in reasoning felt like an excuse, rather than a valid explanation. If time was the issue, then why was the appointment time available to book online in the first place?
The lack of clear communication, inconsistent reasoning, and dismissive attitude were frustrating and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect honest communication and respectful service — unfortunately, I experienced neither here.

The store is always stocked and clean. We usually only stop by when the dogs are due for a grooming. We always book with Andrea she never disappoints and when we can’t get in with Andre we book them with Bella.

We left this morning our puppy for grooming and shower we had a reservation today at 10:00 am , and then they call us at 10:30 telling us they can’t finish her bath they bring us our puppy wet and frizzing. We cannot believe the way they gave us our pet.
