Steve, Chase, Taylor, and Patti great to work with at Partners Title. They are so knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. As a realtor, I know how important it is to have a good title partner! This is why I use Partners Title!

Jessica Meeks is the BEST Escrow Officer! She is very thorough and always available to help agents and their clients. She goes above and beyond for her files, and I could not be happier with my experiences with working with her. If you want the BEST in the area, then you have found your Escrow Officer. Jessica is awesome!

I had a mixed experience with Partners Title. The good: Marty Miller was very professional, informative, and helpful. The staff were friendly and meant well. The bad: The administrative staff/receptionists were not always on top of it. Some examples of this:-There was some confusion / back and forth between myself, my realtor, and them regarding the earnest money & option fee $ amount that I needed to pay. It turned out the staff were just looking at the wrong file.-At some point in the process, one of the administrative staff requested that I fill out a home warranty selection form. I chose the home warranty I wanted, submitted the form, and I thought that was that. Fast forward to this week (3 months after closing), and I learned that my AC system will need a major repair that will likely cost a few grand. I called Partners Title to find out what my home warranty policy # was so I could submit a claim, and it turned out that the administrative assistant never submitted my order. So, now I have a major repair that I'll need to pay for out of pocket and no home warranty. My realtor informed Partners Title of the situation, and they advised that they will not take responsibility for the mistake because that administrative assistant is no longer working at the company (which doesn't seem like sound reasoning - when you're a customer-facing employee, you're acting as a representative of your company). I even have the assistant's email confirming receipt of my home warranty selection form.In the end, I am very grateful for Partners Title facilitating the transaction that allowed me to get into my house, but they've put me in a tough spot. I think the mistake itself was a fluke, but I still think it's wrong for them not to take responsibility in some way for their own mistake.
