Jasmine and Alicia were by far the worst sales associates I’ve encountered anywhere in a very long time. Absolutely disgusting attitudes. We will never purchase from The Woodlands Mall location ever again. They do not care about the Pandora clientele and it shows. When we arrived they did not treat me and my wife warmly, Alicia gave us an uncomfortable stare as we shopped until my wife literally pointed her out and said “she keeps staring at us” because she’d had enough, then neither of them attempted to assist us OR at the very least remove their junk from the display counter when we came to look at the jewelry we came for. Just continued their pointless conversation about how the one looks like Jojo Siwa. When my wife gently moved the tray aside so we could shop they seemed to take offense to it. Jasmine in particular snatched the tray off the counter and tried to stare at my wife with a nasty look every time she thought we weren’t looking. Never offered assistance. Alicia finally asked if there was something we were looking for but it was very obvious she was annoyed with our patronage as well. Literally her customer service was a zero and Jasmine’s was in the negatives. I was asked, in a very nasty tone, if we had email. I did as I’ve shopped Pandora for my wife before. It was not until Alicia realized this, my card payment was approved and saw my wife’s bracelet ON HER WRIST did she try to give great customer service. Too. Late. My wife had a very stressful day at work and needed retail therapy for our date night. These two ruined that aspect of our date so much we’ve vowed to NEVER shop that location again. Not to mention they were talking and most of their display jewelry is tarnished. Not a good representation of Pandora. Terrible work ethic and if I were Jojo Siwa, I’d be offended at the physical comparison with Jasmine.

I’d give no stars if I could. All of the employees in here have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. We ended up just leaving after every employee walked around confused looking and then when we were finally approached for help that employee didn’t know what to do so we were told to wait for the other two who were not helping anyone and standing there looking confused at a wall

I have went twice in the store, on my lunch break from the mall and this is ridiculous no one greeted me or even tried to engage with me. Like seriously, I actually came in wanting to purchase a ring that I’ve been curious of trying. Customer service is about welcoming everyone in and making sure they will get helped if needed or letting a client know you are there for them if they have any questions, or concerns. I hope no one else gets a horrible experience as I did.

This store is a joke. Supposedly the doors open at 11am, it was more than 1120am with staff inside the store and even the doors were closed. ?

They don’t want customers. I stood at their door and was totally ignored. There were 3 employees with one customer in the store. An associate glanced up at me and turned the other way. When the other employee let her customer out she still would not let me in. When I asked her why she said they were busy. one customer has 3 employees busy??? They don’t need any business

This was a super unpleasant and disappointing experience. There’s no reason why I should’ve had a faster experience buying in store vs buying online and picking up. There’s a small sign indicating a separate section for pick up orders and you’d only see it if you came from a certain direction. Several people including myself were picking up and had to wait 20-25 mins while several other customers who were shopping were helped even though they were not first. This makes 0 sense when the BOPIS is supposed to be an easy and seamless process. As someone who works in retail, I understand the Christmas rush however, part of helping making it easier on employees is making it easier for customers. Helping the pickup customers while waiting for customers to come out due to the limited space makes better sense. Please do better.

I been to this store before also but today was a big line outside and Mellissa was super helpful and friendly she walked to each and every person in line answering questions same time she distributed catalogs which helped many to decide already what they looking for and when anyone said i wanted this she quickly go inside to make sure if she has in stock or not so much cooperation i haven’t seen in any other pandora’s locationThank you so much MelissaFor saving my time and helping me find what exactly i was looking for ??

Clean, beautiful jewelry, they take COVID-19 protocols seriously so we felt safe while shopping. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Completely unhelpful, their jewelry was obviously not up to par. Broke on me doing a simple task. They said they wouldn't replace because it's wear and tear, I literally got the bracelet one day ago and then it breaks the next. It was actually a gift and it makes so sad i have a gift that broke so easy. The quality is obviously not what they suggest. that sounds like a manufacturing defect and I don't see how it's my fault that their jewelry I breaks so easy. It's just makes me sad we spend money on gifts for other people but I have to take the brunt of the cost for their shitty jewelry and there is no help whether it's a companywide policy at every Pandora it just pisses me off. Especially when another Pandora told me that they could fix it but this is the one closest to my house. Idk really I'm just super sad. 10 percent off a new purchase doesn't help when the jewelry doesn't last. It's still money lost on something they "warranty" but don't actually warranty for a year

I feel like the customer service has gone down here. I love Pandora but not the service here. The last time I went I saw an employee with a customer. I was waiting outside behind the black rope. I waited a few mins. The employee walked the customer out black rope and quickly rushed inside. Didn't acknowledge me or made any eye contact. She went back to her duties while I waited. During these last few seconds another employee saw what happen and came to ask for help. I actually wanted to buy something. But since the rope wasn't open for me to come in. I only asked to get a piece of jewelry clean. She was nice and did clean my jewelry but the black rope was never moved for me to enter. There were no other customers inside the store. I think I rather order online or go to a different Pandora. I notice the last 30 mins most days before closing there is also no employee to be found.

I loveeee pandora but the sales associate Mia was very rude! Her body language was telling that she didn't genuinely want to help us. Also, she sat everything on the counter to show us and since I've shopped at pandora religiously I'm used to just picking up the items and looking ..she decides to tell me and my mom, " if you want to see something you need to let me know so I can get it and not you cause you're not supposed to" .. which I don't understand because she literally sat everything on the countertop. After that she starts slamming the boxes back into the cart as if she was annoyed. On top of everything, she kept making up prices and when we finally went to check out she backtrack to tell us a higher price. Hopefully someone sees this and has a conversation with her about customer service!
