I made a purchase and tried to return it within the 24 hours period. The employees told me they couldn't return my money without thee manager being there and he would not return for 2 days. I said that I was wanting to make my return within the 24 hours period. The employees to me that it would not be a problem, to just return when the manager was there. I returned when the manager was there and he told me I could not get a refund because I had waited longer than the 24 hours. I explained what his employees had told me, and now I have an appt with the owner tomorrow. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a refund.

super aggressive sales staff. you say no after the eye cream bit when the stop you in the mall. they tell you I can give you a deal on the products cause i like you, and well throw in free facials. go in for facial be careful. I'm so mad at them they better not even try to call me at home to ask where I am because I haven't been in. I will never go into that awful place again

Aggressive saleswoman pressured my teenage son into purchasing this extremely overpriced and deceptive skin care as a Christmas gift for me on Dec. 23rd. While his gift-giving heart was in the proper place, this woman preyed on his naivety and my credit card, even going as far as giving him her personal cell phone number (HIGHLY inappropriate!) and asking about his relationship status and whether or not he was single. Needless to say, I contacted the store after Christmas regarding a return and was informed rather rudely, that they only have a 14-day exchange policy, which has already passed, and absolutely no refunds. I'm stuck with it so I decided to use one of the creams and now my face has broken out in an awful allergic rash. Buyer beware!

Extremely pushy and misrepresented the product pricing. Buyer beware. The product my friend bought was eventually reduced to $600 after much pressure from the salesperson. Feel like they manipulated him. Anyway, Amazon is selling the same exact product for $150. I know they have more overhead at the mall. I still think their sale tactics and pricing are ridiculous.

Excessively aggressive and deceptive sales tactics used. They will try to keep you in "the chair" to pitch product after product to you no matter how many times you say no. Pitching thousand dollar creams, that they then try to steeply discount AFTER you say no. Pricing is completely arbitrary based on "how rich you look." I made it abundantly clear I was not buying into any cream costing a thousand dollars, period. I specifically asked how much the eye cream was that he put on my face, he tells me $198. I agreed to buy one eye cream product. He gave me "free products" for my daughter because "I like you, I'll give you a good deal, see how nice I am?" After 45 minutes of aggressive sales tactics I had to cut him off and say enough because he wouldn't stop. I even flat out called out his "hustle and he was a little too good", this was my way of politely calling him out to stop hustling me any further. He then proceeds to ask me for my credit card, I start to get up to follow him to wherever the register is, and he insists I stay in my chair, "no need to get up" as if he's doing me some favor, but is out of view of my card, and on the opposite side of where I was sitting. Never at any point does he even show me the total for the cream. The next day I look at my receipt he put in my bag and he charged me for "free stuff" I didn't ask for and $998 for the stuff he told me was $198" Charged me over a thousand dollars!! I returned to the store 2 days later with a Demand Letter in hand after having filed a complaint with Attorney General for Deceptive Trade Practices. I got my money back, but had go to some extreme measures to ensure they would in-fact give me my money back. Report these guys to the Attorney General for a DTPA Violation so they can be investigated thoroughly. They can be fined up to $20K for doing this sort of thing to people. They apparently do it all the time nationwide. Don't let them screw another person over like this. Personally, I'm seeking out a PI Attorney to see about an injunction to have them forcibly stopped with such egregious and deceptive trade practices. Stay away from these thieves.

Super aggressive sales staff - high pressure techniques. You gotta wonder how much they mark the products up to be able to offer the "special deals" they do, especially when you are going to walk out without purchasing anything. Overheard a very uncomfortable conversation with another customer who was having a huge difficulty getting her money refunded because she was dissatisfied with the product. Proceed with caution if you choose to shop there. The body cream is really good though

I am so thankful I read reviews before I buy. They are very convincing about their products. I was snatched up before I knew it. The Israeli sales lady was so beautiful and her skin flawless. I was becoming swayed by the pitch. She instantly put me in a chair and proceeded to put stuff under my eyes for wrinkles and the cleaned my hand with a cleanser that made my veins protrude. She told me the product was $995 but she was going to be nice and sell it for the bargain price of $299 but wait there's more, she will throw in the face scrub and a facial worth $159 but wait there's more she was going to give my stepdaughter the same scrub and facial as well, or I could get $50 off instead.. She then said she would put a lotion in as well. I was complimented about how young I looked and how fortunate my husband was, so on and so on, I made it clear I was fortunate to have him! She is good but I never buy stuff like that without seeing what everyone else has to say. I am doing my part to warn others so they don't fall into their trap. I was finally able to get out of there and walk around the mall with my family. On the way out we tried to avoid the store and the guy came to us and asked how much did she offer the products for and we said $249 and he said, no no we give it to you for $149. We declined and got out the door. I'm sorry but that's a big stretch with pricing. Thank you for everyone that takes the time to warn others!

So I already don't like salespeople, but goodness, is your job really to insult people as you're *trying to get them to buy your product??* The Deerbrook location doesn't has Yelp, but apparently this is a company-wide thing. I initially ignored the lady when I first got to the mall--two of them were standing at the door giving samples and trying to get people in. But on my way out, I went ahead and responded. She, a Black lady with dreads and a Caribbean accent, did her usual small-talk and elevator pitch, and gave me a sample of their lotion. She brought me in to one of their booths, and asked about my skincare regimen--a fairly simple one because my face rejects everything. To start, she told me I have blackheads (I have moles; hard to confuse the two). But I continued to keep an open mind. She applied some sort of cleanser, then followed it up with an exfoliator; she asked if I exfoliate, and I pretty much had to explain what serum, probiotic soap and an exfoliator brush was... She then took a cotton ball to remove the mixture, which then beaded up similar to what hand sanitizer sometimes does. There was some light dirt it picked up, as it was a deep cleansing kit, and I was somewhat compelled to buy. Then out of the blue--me already asking for her to speak up as the music was loud and I'm somewhat hard of hearing--she asked if I took a bath that morning! I most definitely did, and she legit rolled her eyes around towards that gel-soaked cotton swab. Bold move. And a stupid one. She the said it was $100 for some highly fragrant kit that would have MUTILATED my face (she insisted it wouldn't), then tried to haggle me all the way down to $50. Instead of the New Orleans coming out of me--flipping over the chair and walking out--I gently kept declining...and left. So: sketchy store(s), highly fragrant and possibly overpriced products, and demonstrably bold staff who jokingly/not jokingly insult customers as a means of convincing them to buy. Hard pass.

For years they have done this to me, including yesterday, and each every time I ask, does come from Israel? They say yes, and ask why to I want to know?. I just say I won't buy any product from Israel and they pretty much leave me alone as I just keep walking along. Its what ever works. I don't care if came from Israel, Russia, China or any Country, it is my way of solving that most annoying situation. With success!

These guys f****** objectify every woman shopper here, and so do all their little subsidiaries! One guy asked a woman her age, and I chastised him to show some goddamn respect, these guys act like mofos and don't know when to stop their s**** If anyone of these assholes tried pulling any s*** on my girlfriend, I more than likely, if not, 100% would've smacked them for doing so.

If you want to feel ugly or have lower self esteem, make sure you stop for these rude staff!!! Here's a sample, but what about those under eye puffs... really? That's not how you make a sale! Go back to training.

I avoid going into the mall at the entrance where Gold Elements is located. They are the most rude, annoying people ever! They attack you with questions and chase after you with samples even after you've said no thank you. They don't take no for an answer and continue after you telling you all kinds of false compliments. They should not harass potential customers like this. I see underage girls approached all of the time, they need to be shut down. It's like being in a foreign country where they do the same in some of the shopping areas. This should not be allowed in a mall in the United States! Wish no stars were an option.

Stay away! This place is such a scam - pretty people employed to con suckers into buying super expensive crap

RUN! SCAM! This product is nothing special and extremely over priced. Their return policy is a joke! All the product is marked up so they can give extreme discounts making the buyer feel like they are getting a deal of a life time. What they are really doing is over charging for a product that can never be returned. The return policy states that regular priced items can only be returned within 24 hours and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Mind you all products are discounted so you can't actually return anything. Check out amazon where you can buy the product for much cheaper than their store front. Don't let them scam you!
