Worst customer service told I would get two day shipping they charged me two days. My sons football cleats never came. Then I was told could take a week but we can't refund you until they come and you drive from Montgomery to the woodlands again. Nike corporate after 25 minutes on the phone let me know nothing can be done with them only at the store. So I asked what you will do for the inconvenience of time, travel, and money because I had to buy them somewhere else and I was told sorry the employee was wrong but we can't help you.

Had a good experience there young man named Tyler helps me out. He hooked me up getting tennis shoes for my grandson. He ordered them from the warehouse for me and got him shipped directly to them Thank you .Tyler

The staff was more than helpful! I had multiple transactions and thought I would have a difficult time with at least one but the woman who helped me made sure everything was correct and that I left happy.

This store is the worst around. They don’t like to sell shoes to customers based off how they look. You’ll see a shoe and then they’ll tell you they pulled it. For no reason. They are racist and have very horrible customer service. Hopefully that manager gets booted. She is the worst.

I went in to pick up a shoe that was reserved I was not greeted nor was I asked if I nee5d help. Also when they brought my shoes out they did not check to see if they were the same size I asked the sales lady did she check the shoes she told me no then responded with do you want to check them.

I walked in on Sunday 12/4 and not one person greeted me. I got a lot of stares though!I really wanted to buy some shoes and maybe a hoodie. Besides that I was very underwhelmed. Compared to other locations this specific location should be called Nike Express or On The Go or Mini Nike.I was expecting so much more but, the lack of customer service is unacceptable.
