Shoutout to Daniel for his knowledge and professionalism. I came in looking for one shoe, and left ordering a different one that matches my feet's profile better. He explained the pros and cons of lifestyle vs running, and showed me which shoes supported flat vs high arched feet. I learned a ton about my feet, and left more confident of my choice. Thanks again for the help.

Got fitted quickly, Sales staff are excellent. Purchased 2 pairs one for me one for my wife. Walking on clouds is the new me!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I went there to exchange a pair of shoes which had been ordered from New Balance via their online store. Said shoes didn't fit quite right and I needed to exchange them. The staff made the exchange seamless and easy.

Need some running kicks? Need stoped here a few weeks back with my wife. Both of us found something we liked. (Wife got two pairs). Come here for great customer service and cool shoes. I definitely will come back for another pair.

Recently went to the store to get some 990 new balance shoes. Not only did they have the full range of widths including wide an extra wide, but the staff was absolutely professional and I was honestly in and out in less than five minutes - The best shoe buying experience I’ve ever had. Customer Service was perfect, selection was great, and as always, I love my 990’s!

Best shoes I have ever worn. Went to Academy and they didn’t feel right. You pay more for the great feeling! I wore them to physical therapy and what a difference it made. I passed with great results on balance after having vertigo! Recommend to everyone. That’s what therapist wore too!!! Love them

Why goggle maps said its open but store is closed I drove from Huntsville to the store for nothing! Why this store don't have the recording phone message telling you this store is closed I just waist my time today and Gas this is unacceptable thus store needs to upgrade phone service! This store Needs new management!

Arriving at 10 minutes before 10:00 the doors was opened however was told that the store is not opened yet. So we went out to the car and decided to wait for 10 minutes.On our way out, there was three other people that walk into the store right and amazingly they walked out of the store with packages!Very curious on why New Balance would refuse access to one person when other people showed up at the same time and were able to make purchases before the store opened?
