Don't use this bank they scam you out of your money and lie to you. I was told my funds would be available next day so I went home . Logged in next day to pay my bills. No money on hold till the third . Log in today to check account now I'm negative and it's delayed till the nineth just in time for my next damn check and my phone to be turned off due to the incompetence of this bank. I will be consulting with a lawyer because this bank is full of lies and can't tell the customer the damn truth. There are far more banks in this area avoid this crook at all cost

Came in right at closing and the regular retail banker was busy, but Ryan was more than happy to help me replace my debit card that had a broken chip for months. I asked him about affinity designs and he had no problem letting me pick out one even though they were closing. He even offered to call the credit card department and have them set me up with affinities for my two credit cards because they are about to expire. I told him that I could look them up and do that on my own because I didn't want to hold them up. Overall world class banking superstar. A+++ Highly recommended. Their drive thru teller is fast, friendly, convenient and is one of the only banks to take non-commercial customers. Thank you!

Awful customer service. I have been coming to this branch every 2 weeks since July 2016, today I simply got fed up. This branch is always understaffed, the tellers take all their time and more to complete a transaction, they are absolutely unfriendly, and rude. For some time the branch was also closed for remodeling, which is difficult to see, still. I would love to see the ATM in which one can communicate with a teller, people in the screen are so nice and welcoming. I used to go to a branch that had these technology in Flower Mound, Texas, and I simply love it! It is unfortunate to experience such poor level of customer service here, in the heart of The Woodlands.

I was recently married and my wife and I went in to add her to my account. The employees stated that we needed our marriage license, so we went home to get it. Upon our return, we sat down with a personal banker who never even glanced at the license, and neither did the manager on duty. I could have had a blank sheet of paper and no one would have known. It seemed like a waste to pick up the license. Overall, we had a good experience.
