Beautiful job on 2 pieces. If there's any further markings on those, it's from compromise, not quality.I know that if they missed something the first time around, they will redo it at no charge. Most appreciated.

Not worth it of giving any ratings. They not only lost my expensive Shirt but took a month to agree to give $40 credit which is much lower of what my shirt cost. The lady working had called me that they will give me $40 store credit. The fun part is when I took my clothes at the store they refused to give us the credit for the agreed amount. The owner is never around, neither takes any calls. The girls working are nice but clueless of what's happening around. Horrible customer service.

If it were possible to give no stars at all, that's what I would do. The most recent problem (previously they broke buttons, didn't clean well etc) was that they lost my shirt. All the other were things that happen sometimes so I let them slide because it was conveniently located. No offer was made to locate my lost shirt. The snotty (not a word I normally use to describe anyone but perfectly fits this young girl) girl told us to call the plant after trying to give us someone else's nice shirt. No help on the phone number. We returned a couple days later to check on it and they found it (thankfully) no phone call to let us know though. Then she still charged us for the shirt and when we questioned it she told us they still cleaned it so what was the problem. And then she was arguing with us about it being an inconvenience. Normally good customer service would mean at least waving the $1.95 in order to placate a customer who had to make two trips and a phone call to locate a shirt that was lost. And when I say she was rude, I mean RUDE. They can keep the $1.95 but I would never go there again. I can't believe anyone would employ someone who deals with customers and reflects their business in such a horrible way.

I have been using Fab Cleaners for almost 3 years and there was a nice young man who was always very helpful when I first started bringing my dry cleaning there. After he left it seems as though there have been different people there every other week and they over charge for what I have asked to be laundered and it was dry cleaned instead. Even after I called the same day I dropped off the dry cleaning to make sure the men's shirts were being laundered and the person assured me they were. When I came by to pick the items up today, there was a sign on the door that said will be back in 5 minutes so I left and came back in 30 minutes and she was just pulling up. I am not one to complain because the prices are still very reasonable, but from now on I am always going to ask for a tag for my clothes that I drop off even though it seems to inconvenience the person taking my clothes. I am not sure if you need more than one person working there because they always take my clothes and do not want to give me a tag for them because they seem very busy. I may have to start going to Sterling Ridge cleaners if this continues.
