Started out my day with phenomenal service from the call center with Jarrod. He was pleasant and very understanding also explaining benefits of the storage and amenities. When I went to the store, the door was opened by the fabulous Joseph.
He was so personable throughout our time while talking about the rental. Then there is Ivey. Ivey walked us to our storage explaining benefits. She gave us best options for our needs. We thank the entire staff and their friendly, knowledgeable service, including Jamiya.

Joseph gave a warm, friendly greeting upon arrival. We completed our contract online (standard contract), did a quick review in store and headed off to our unit. The store room is clean and organized, with moving supplies easily identifiable and easy to read/find prices. The property isles were clean and free of debris.
