I can never get in touch with anybody, they have the same phone number for every location. Makes it Absolutely impossible to talk to anyone. All I want to do is make a payment.

I have been satisfied with the customers service. I have been with them for about three years. Always very responsive from my loan officer. Very professional, courteous and prompt with call backs.

Horrible company. They put a late payment on my credit due to their clerical error. My payments were set up on auto pay... they never called or mailed or even sent a dang email that the payment was past due... I would have never known. I went to get something financed and when the company told me my credit score my chest started hurting. They told me I was 60 days past due with MemberSource... my payment is near nothing and a simple phone call could have prevented the years it is going to take to recover from this situation. Stay away, if I can prevent one person from joining this credit union then this HONEST REVIEW. Has done its job. This is so embarrassing.
