“Our Phlebotomist Mary was phenomenal!!!!!! My 6yr old was very anxious/scared. Mary completely got it out of my daughter’s mind by the time she was ready to draw. My daughter did not cry or even flinch! As soon as we left she told me “Mom from now on only Mary is allowed to draw my blood”. I cannot rave about her enough.
