This store customer service and overall experience seems to be worse every day. Spent 30 minutes in line waiting to check out just behind two people. Really makes Amazon be desirable. Why even waste my time!! And the help and knowledge in the store of the employees is near zero. This will kill retail for sure. Maybe a sign of the times. I am ready for self check out cashiers like everywhere else. Why even have employees that seem to just delay the process of collecting money.

Update: 4.7.24This morning at 8:14a.m. I called the location. A guy answered and informed me that I can arrive at 11 a.m to pick up 3 TV boxes for a move. He kept me on the phone for 6 mins and 33 seconds to take my information down and informed me that they keep a list. He asked me for my name. I arrive at 11. The mgr informs me the guy is a liar, now this is the phone service that Bestbuy uses and he says they told me a lie. He gives me the 188 # I've called three times to complain and they keep disconnecting my call or sending me an message that says they are closed. I do not understand how you use a company to communicate with customers that you indicate to be liars. I missed a early service this am and attending online to ensure I was here at 11 to be told that they don't ever have boxes. This is the complete opposite of Bestbuy rep of whom I specifically asked if he worked at the Woodlands location. This is not only an inconvenience but it is highly unprofessional and waste of my time.It reflects your location because you elect to use a BestBuy service provider that lies to customers. Why keep me in an 6 minute phone conversation to confirm and lie! Now Noone will respond. I'm beyond upset! Someone needs to address this because it's about more than what you do and do not provide. Your integrity and my time.11:44I went back into the Bestbuy store and Mr. Jordan (mgr) in the store was helpful. He called from his own phone to help me get through on the 188 #. Without being sent to an automated msg or disconnect. He finally got someone to talk to me to get a case #. I look forward to hearing back from the support office regarding my significant concerns.

Very disappointed. I purchased a new samsung phone, paid to have the data transferred from old phone to new phone and the BB person that helped me failed to back up my data first and I lost all my contacts (over 200) and pictures (over 500) before wiping it. The Manager was not helpful at all. I asked the Samsung rep why he didn't finish the sale with me and was told that he is not permitted to and does not have a log in and must hand sales over to a BB person. The system is clearly broken and should be looked into.

Great layout! Everything we came for was available. Customer awareness was a little lacking, though. No eye contact, and had to chase someone down to ask a question. Once we connected, they were very helpful.
