I am not sure i have left a review for a retail store before, but my experience at Madewell Market Street deserves one. I had exceptional customer service by everyone i interacted with (4 employees total) they were friendly, helpful, and knew their product. I also just got off the phone with them and the same service was extended. I find it rare to get good service anywhere anymore and it makes me anxious to even go out when i could just shop online. I do not shop at Madewell often, but i think i will moving forward. Clearly this place has good management and i hope they keep on breeding this workplace culture.

Sales staff were super friendly and helpful. They were truly amazing. I am taking off a star because they offered to ship a pair of shorts to our house since they didn’t have the size I needed and they said it would only take a couple of days but we ordered them on the 9th and they won’t arrive until the 19th which is just a bummer since I’m visiting and will be gone by then.

Really good stuffed brisket bake potatoes. Could use a little more meat for $10.00 each and leave off the fake bacon bits!

Was here the other day while waiting for my nail appointment. The ladies kept checking on me, but after the third time I felt profiled. I picked out two purses and as I was waiting to get rung up, I couldn't help but notice how nice they were to the white man in front of me. The two associates rang him up. Offered him a box for his purchase and overall very helpful. When it was my turn, I asked for a gift receipt TWICE and didn't receive one. She threw one purse on top of the other. When I asked for a box she said they didn't have purse boxes.

The Madewell company is known to produce great clothing for both women and men. Don't ask about the mens clothing line at this location, they will become awkwardly rude and tell you to drive to their store in Austin. Madewell clothing is available for all genders at Nordstrom in the Woodlands Mall and online, save yourself some grief with this information.

Would of shopped more but the manager was a mask neurotic going around telling everyone pull your mask just to her specifications... NO THANKS... too bad for her location because I shop .... I’ll just find my Madewell elsewhere and will never step foot in that location again
