Prices marked are not what come up at the register. Manager, Andrew admitted he knew this was an issue, but has taken no steps to resolve it. Unfortunately if rather shop her than HD, but your choosing between to bad options at this point.

We hired Lowe's to install 29 new Pella windows in our home in February 2023. This is the first freeze/cold front we have experienced since getting them. It is now January 2024 and we can definitely feel a difference in our home! The windows are 100% the difference! We highly recommend purchasing new windows through Lowe's! Although there were a couple hiccups during install (scratch on glass) Lowe's stood behind the product and made everything right for us!

The worst store you could possibly walk into. The store is an absolute mess. Management's a mess. Everything about the store is trash. Take your money elsewhere, any other lowe's location is fine, just not this one. The manager "Robert" I believe doesn't know how to be a proper manager. This location is horrible with loading orders in a timely matter. Whoever is training these people needs to be fired. I've just never seen such poor performance before. Don't come here.

The customer service at this location is absolutely the worst. From calling the store's customer service and them not answering in a 30 minute window of calling, to calling for assistance in a certain department and no one showing up for just about 15 minutes, to the customer service desk standing around when there is a line of people.

They have a good variety of products to take care of your garden. And protect the tour home from insects. The store was clean and organize. The products well indicated.

Just wanted to pay you all a compliment . I came into your store a few minutes before closing time. I was helped by a young man named Jamall. Jamall did a great job. He was very personable. He smiled, and he assisted me with great customer service. Sorry, I Showed up at closing time. I was satisfied to be served in a professional manner and with a great attitude. Thanks again!

I gave Lowe's another chance after taking all my business to Home Depot. I read years ago that Lowe's was outpacing Home Depot with better service and prices. Wei the years since have not been kind to Lowe's. I had just bought plants and raised=bed soil at Home Depot, $68.00. Almost identical items at Lowe's, $101. I got there at 8:30 (they open at 6:00). When trying to check out the clerk told me I'd have to wait... she had to put plastic liners in all the trash cans. Only 6 minutes but it's my 6 minutes and I didn't appreciate having to wait. Prices and service? Not so much. The parking lot was emptier than Home Depot, that was nice.

Usually a good selection of plants, but the staff lacks knowledge and is poorly trained. Had to ask 4 people where an item was then walked back and forth as they all provided different and incorrect information. The checkout process was horrible as well.

Trying to determine whether they would cut plywood into 2 pieces 17x22x1/2. First an automated answering devise read out a laundry list of options none of which were helpfu. I asked for a person and got customer service who was unable to answer my question. I was then directed to the lumber department who never answered. I think I will try elsewhere.

Used to come here all the time, but have started to use Home Depot more and more. Today was the final confirmation that Lowe's no longer deserves my business. As I pull up to the outdoor center to pay for over $300 of seed I have to wait as the cashier puts away her make up case. As I'm finally rung up I ask if I can use my veterans discount. She promptly says "'I'm sorry, too late." Fine, I get it, there may be some extra work involved, but I just want to go so I shrug it off. As I'm walking away she finds it appropriate to add " It's not my fault" in a rather condescending tone. I turn around and tell her I didn't remember assigning blame to anyone. She immediately back tracked, but I was too annoyed to care and seems typical of what you get here nowadays. I just won't go here anymore. Do better Lowe's.

Terrible. Customer service. One gentle men named hector gave me help after the two other employees completely ignored me. One girl unloading a pallet in the gardening completely ignored all the customers that obviously needed help. It's 7 on Thursday. You don't close for 2 hrs ... terrible..

Absolutely no customer service. Bought a special order of tile edging and did not need 5 pieces. Called to ask if I could return it, said that I was past the 90 days and could not return. I asked for a store credit, was told no way. Person on phone suggested that I try to return the edging to the manufacturer. What??? Also said not sure if the product was mine because my contractor ordered the product. Actually accused me of not owning the edging. I'll use Home Depot from now on. Lowes is off my list of any building supplies. Maybe hire some real customer service people that understand that without customers you are not in business.

Bought a refrigerator less than 2 weeks ago, it was delivered with 2 dents and scratches, water and ice don't work. Been on the phone for hours, the manufacturer is sending out a technician to see if he can fix, rather than replacing a new one. Lowe's refuses to do anything about delivering a dented refrigerator because it was over 48 hrs since delivery when I called. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or somewhere else.
