Not cheap furniture but if I knew it was not comfortable and that we had to put every piece together that takes hours I would've never bought it. Nothing as easy as the videos show you. I wanted this brand for years and finally broke down and I'm so disappointed.

I am overly excited about my new purchase from LoveSac. I have been looking at the products online for a few months, and finally decided to go to the store and see the product in person. I was pretty sold on what I wanted to purchase by looking online, but my in-store visit sealed the deal. Our sales guy, Tre, was awesome. He was very informative about the merchandise, and attentive our needs and what we were looking for. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in making my purchase. I can’t wait to receive my sactional!

Just purchased a $10,000+ couch and when it arrived in the 30+ boxes, I started to notice cushions weren’t the same. After doing some research with the store it was discovered the girl who sold us the coach charged us for the more expensive cushions which we never wanted. Lovesac then sends me more boxes of the base,back, pillows etc like entire sections that I have to unbox, rebox and take to shipping to get my refund. Lovesac claimed they would take care of my wife and I who have kids for the extra work and time for this mistake lovsac made. Well, we did our end of the deal and now unfortunately lovesac has decided to not give us any discount or deal on other items for our time.

Zackary was amazing! He answered all our questions because we have 6 kids and have us a quote. The only thing is it's so expensive and we wanna be able to put a large sum down. But when that time comes were buying a Love Sac when we're able too! Thank you so much Zackary, you were very kind and knew just what we wanted thank you for being so patience with us.

Paid over 8k for a couch from them. When we purchased they said that the sale going on was the biggest sale they’ve ever had and that I should purchase them to get the best price. I’ve seen the same sale all year round and and even better one going on now. Not very honest sales people, per usual I guess. For nearly 9k for this couch I’m not super impressed. The covers came with seam threads all sticking out and some of the cushions have gone completely saggy just after a few months of having it and trying to properly re fluff using their own instructions. The stealth tech actually sucks and the connectivity is always as hassle. I wish I would’ve saved my money.

Never told me I had to assemble the couch there first time. Sure I get it if I want to change it up. Spending 10,000 plus on a unit and having to do it your self is a joke
