Rudest staff I have ever encountered. A dark skinned young lady with loose stringy black hair and braids to her scalp came up to us and asked if we needed help. She didn't ask if we were interested in the fragrances that we were testing out. She just stood next to me and asked if we needed help and then just stared at us looking us up and down. I told her I had made a purchase a few days ago and I wanted to test a different scent on my skin and tried to talk to her about floral/gourmand fragrances but again she made a face and spritzed one of the more expensive bottles and then walked away. We were left standing there dumbfounded. I was originally going to buy the discovery set and spell on you but I've decided I'll just go to the galleria for better service without the snooty sales people.Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

Overall, I had a wonderful experience!Elijah, my sales advisor, welcomed me the moment I walked in. He was extremely helpful, patient, and made my selection easy. Will definitely recommend Elijah at this location!!!

Visited the store during Labor Day weekend in the afternoon. I expected it would be crowded because it was the holiday weekend, but it was not crowded at all. There were no lines and I walked right in. I was not greeted when I walked in. So I just started looking around. I knew exactly what I wanted walking in but decided to peruse the store inventory. Eventually, I had to ask for assistance. The associate who assisted me was nice. Unfortunately, the purse I wanted was on back order for at least 6-7 weeks. ?.... I made other suggestions of inventory to view. It would have been nice if she had made a few suggestions for me but she did make a good suggestion for my daughter. In the end, I purchased 3 items. As the associate warmed up to me, the experience became more pleasant. I only gave them 3 stars because the experience I had at Gucci before visiting LV the same day was unmatched! I was greeted as I walked in the door by more than one associate at Gucci. They made me feel welcomed, their energy was warm and inviting, followed by asking me if I wanted something to drink while shopping. I didn't drink but the gesture was very nice. The ambiance of the store was great. Made great suggestions, customers were enjoying themselves and I didn't feel rushed. While my purchase was being boxed up other associates came to check on me and see if I needed anything. Customer service is top priority for me in any purchase experience and can make or break a sale. If I could've had that same experience with LV, I would've given them 5 stars.

Went in with intentions I was going to buy a graceful bag. The girl that came over to “help” me was looking me up and down and treated me as if I did not belong there. No smiles, not kind, nothing. She just treated me like I was a waste of time and every time I asked a question she would answer really short and sarcastic. FYI honey, just bc I was wearing an astros shirt, sneakers, and jeans doesn’t mean anything! It made me so annoyed and uncomfortable that I ended up leaving. Seems like this store gets a lot of this type of review. Y’all need to do better.

My salesperson was really nice, but the white guy standing behind the counter look to be the manager was looking at my son and I like we couldn't afford the purse. I have the manager to know people of color can afford nice things as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This store is nice. While the selection is not on par with other locations, it does have some well positioned inventory. It remains a busy location, and you may have a wait in order to get service.

I visited the LV Woodlands Market Street today and received unacceptable customer service. Alexa, the repair lady was disrespectful and her behavior represented someone who really does not care to service a Black Professional Woman. Her comments were unacceptable and her body language exhibited the attitude "I don't care". My husband purchased my first bag in 1985 from LV and I have been purchasing bags for my daughters ever since. They also purchase bags from LV. To top all of this off, when I walked into the store, there were 4 people present, with two helping customers and the other two standing around. No one and I mean no one greeted me and my daughter and no one offered to help us. My daughter had to ask for service and they still acted like it was an inconvenience. I am so disappointed that the Company allows this to go on and not do anything about it because this affects their Brand. I think we all should expose this behavior and ask the media to get involved. Every customer should be treated with respect because all monies are the same "COLOR". We are all going out to "all" Social Media so everyone, who does not look like certain LV representatives in the store, know what to expect when they enter a Louis Vuitton store. Stand up for yourself and don't give your money to anyone who disrespects you!!!!! CAO

Love how everyone is always amazing and take care of me. I always feel so happy to find everything that I want. For me is the best LV better than the Galleria. Now I'm only going to this location for my purchases.

Terrible customer service. I am very easy going but this store brings out the ugly in me. I tried to get a purse repaired that I ordered less than a year ago. They talk to you with attitude and act like this has never happened. They are quick to blame wear and tear. I have purchased 3 bags and will move on to another brand. I would not recommend this location.

Absolutely rude over the phone, don't even bother to try to solve an issue as far as being able to pick up your items or have someone else do it, same day pick up is actually 2 day pick up and even if you live hours away and someone's retrieving your items they have to physically have your card and id. Definitely never returning here, this is the second poor experience I've had. Just go to the galleria where they actually care and help you.

I felt very uncomfortable in the store, like I was out of place. They way they stared me down as if I was an alien and I.D. me when I I made a purchase, as if I can’t afford to purchase such an item. I agree that Louis Vuitton is very out of touch. These people act as if black people cant afford to buy their stuff. I am insulted and recommend minorities not to purchase Louis Vuitton.

I showed up in workout gear but wearing an understated luxury watch which is my typical comfortable wardrobe choice. I was looked at like I couldn’t afford to shop there by the people at the door but the associate who helped us was helpful and we did purchase a bag. I would go back but hopefully the people at the door learn to not judge a book by its cover.

My Husband and I went in today to buy a New Bag and Perfume, we looked around the store for probably 30 minutes, not 1 person asked if they could help me. The worst Customer Service I have ever seen.. They missed about a $5000 purchase Opportunity
