Waited 20 minutes told to wait a bit longer then told I was I. Wrong spot and I had to get behind five trucks to get loaded in all this time Noone told me you are in wrong spot we don't load here lady at front desk nice workers treat you like you are making them work for free

I don't understand why if they don't like their job or are racist they work in these places, 90 percent of the people who buy material are Hispanic people, whatever, if the owner cares about his business and the numbers are low it's because your workers are very rude, the manager who only yells at us if we ask for some material literally tells us that he doesn't care and an older lady with glasses who is in front is the most arrogant, if you want people to come back to buy bring Carly back

It's hard to believe there's even a handful of bad reviews for this place. I've never had a bad experience here... only quality product in a timely manner with a great price taken care of by smiling professionals. Love this place and will return!!!

As a landscaper for almost 20 years I have never been more disappointed with customer service. Prices are outrageous also. I took my 14ft trailer with branches to dispose of small branches and it wasn’t even full and wanted to charge me over $100. The on site manager was very rude and didn’t care to loose business when I told him I would go down the road where I ended up paying half the price at Texas Timber Resources. Never going back and I advise anyone close by to go down the road for better prices and nicer staff.

We stopped in the Woodlands Texas location today to ask about buying some Compost for our yard. The bald guy behind the register could not have cared less about helping us or explaining their products. Rude, Dismissive and Indifferent. I think that's the Living Earth motto. Avoid this place like the plague!

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The guy working at the front desk (he claimed to be a manager) was rude and misleading. After picking out all the stone and soil I wanted, I returned to the front desk to arrange delivery. After finding out they would charge me for two separate delivery fees for the stone and soil. I decided not to purchase the soil. The guy at the front desk then became argumentative with me to the point where I walked away from the entire order. I will never purchase anything from this place again for myself or my business. I strongly advise anybody else reading this to stay away and take your money somewhere else.

They put you on forever hold and don't come back no matter how long you hold. I'll go elsewhere and you should too. They don't deserve 1 star
