Sydney was absolutely wonderful to work with. I called Friday because a check hasn't arrived yet for our claim. She said she would check in Monday to see if it arrived over the weekend, if it hasn't she'd figure out what to do next. She did exactly what she said she'd do; texted this morning and got everything organized for our claim to be sent electronically instead of a check through the mail. She confirmed I received the link I needed to get that sorted out. It was great to have such good customer service and that she followed up like she said she would! Thanks so much Sydney!!!

Misty Hoosier was extremely helpful and efficient with getting our new auto and rental policies started. If State Farm performs like Misty, they will be our insurance company for a very long time.
