Mr. Steve Heering has exceptional customer service skills, detailed knowledge of Lazy boy products forwards and backwards and inside out and let my wife and I take our time deciding! We actually purchased and when I got home changed my mind and my wife called back and went in and he was super nice and said to have me come in and take my time checking everything, and that they will refund the full order from previous purchase which was final sale after discounts, because he mentioned a few times to my wife, that he wants to make sure I was Happy!! That speaks volumes!! We did go back but Mr. Heering was off that day so I did not get a chance to thank him personally!! The staff helped us do the exchange because Mr. Heering had already approved it!! We got our first Lazy boy chair and absolutely love it! It is a glider, with rotation and of of course super comfy reclining (Mr. Heering showed us this on the first day we went in, and lots of other chairs and explained everything and no pressure at all, just wants us to have exactly what I was looking for) that I have not seen in other companies!! Thank you Mr. Steve Heering!! God Bless You!!

Don’t waste your money buying the extended warranty. No one ever answers the phone for Customer Service or calls you back if you leave a message.Store is no help with this problem.

We bought a HUGE sectional many years ago and it held up with four kids for well over a decade. Once a recliner broke, the store gave us information to have it fixed instead of buying a new set. Highly recommend for QUALITY furniture and great customer service.

My experience with the store has been good but in trying to get warranty on my chair, the experience is terrible. lazy boy advertises that their mechanical parts have a lifetime warranty but my experience says that the warranty is worthless. i followed their instructions with Lebco industries and so far no response.I was asked to take pictures of the broken parts and they would review and then send me the repair parts. It has been over a month. i contacted customer service again and was told the process using pictures was a courtesy. Really, honoring a warranty in a way to make everyone's job easier a "courtesy ". no matter, they still have not sent me the parts.warranty is worthless

Bought a two seater, rocking La-Z-Boy to use with our newborn. While shopping we were ASSURD numerous times that this chair had great lumbar support. Picked a color & fabric scheme recommended by our sales associate as well. Waited nearly 2 months for delivery, which we were fine with. Came 5/20, by 5/22 my husband & I were in so much pain. Specifically our backs. We wanted to love these chairs but they are incredibly uncomfortable. Called 5/23, 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. Which is when you can return or exchange, so we we thought. They told us NO. At no point during our initial exchange were we informed we were getting a custom order based off the fabric nor that we couldn’t return it because of this fact. Never would’ve gotten it. The manager is also conveniently out on day 3 of having this product.
Basically they’re telling us, suck up the physical & financial pain ($3400). Honestly we just wanted to exchange for more comfortable chairs but now my family just has to be miserable. As a new mom, this is the last stress we need.

Ordered a sectional in mid September. They said it would be available Jan which in itself is a pretty aweful lead time but we accepted that and prepared accordingly. As of today the entire couch is ready expect for the storage unit section that goes between two recliner sections which is 3 more weeks out and they will not send the couch until it comes in. What’s the point of having modular couches if you won’t put it together modularity….DO NOT BELIEVE ANY LEAD TIMES THAT THEY GIVE YOU! Couch we ordered way late. Ordered a matching recliner they say 6-8 weeks and here we are 11 weeks later and they are saying it is still 8 weeks out.

I purchased the Talladega recliner couch August 2022 and received it October 2022. In January 2023 the recliner chair on the couch broke. I contacted the warranty department and my wife spoke to a Porsche that was extremely rude. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t a Customer Service rep supposed to take care of the customer, at the very least speak to the customer with common courtesy. After Porsche directed my wife to pay a trip fee of $125, she said if the tech does not have the part in the truck that they would have to come back out and I would be charged another trip fee, which is not correct. After paying almost $6k for furniture I’m paying more money to fix it before it’s 6 months old. I made the mistake and assumed I was purchasing a premium product from Lazy-Boy and would receive premium customer service. I won’t be purchasing from Lazy-Boy again

We purchased furniture from Laz Boy in The Woodlands, we took delivery and after the 10 day "complaint period" we noticed a loud popping sound and now everytime you recline the chair it makes a sound , we were referred to customer service and now have to wait a month before having a repairman out - the customer service lady told me it's a normal mechanism sound ( this sound was not made in store ), also they failed to inform us that the chair we now have was the floor model, we were not given the choice to wait or take the floor model!!! We waited a long time to find the perfect furniture and then we get this disappointment and bad customer service .

We ordered several rooms full of furniture after working with the La-Z-Boy designer that was in-house at the time. This was in January 2022. It took us 9 to 11 months for most of it to arrive. The last piece of furniture was a coffee table. After 11 months table was delivered however, the marble table top was broke in pieces. The delivery man said that someone would call us back. We actually had to call them after several days of no contact. After a few more days of them saying they would check into it and us making another phone call to them they said they ordered a replacement piece. The replacement piece was supposed to be in by December. It is now January 2023 and we still do not have a replacement piece. We cannot get a refund because they say it is a special order piece. So basically they have our money and our furniture piece for over one year. we continue to get the runaround and told they don't know when it will be in or given a date that they failed to meet. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Buyer beware this is not an actual La-Z-Boy company store, it is a franchise and their corporate office states they can't do much because it is not a corporate store. our next step will probably be the news media and or an attorney. We have a side table that matches the coffee table and would really like to finish our living room. It is so frustrating that a company can do business this way.
