The new pharmacist tells me she is refusing to refill my 90 year old mother’s high blood pressure because she didn’t think she should be using the medication. Even though she’s been using it for the last two years and the cardiologist has prescribed it. Unbelievable. The woman should be fired. She has no business overriding the doctors orders

I like Kroger's it's convenient it's close to where I live they have most everything I need but the best thing about Kroger's is the people that work there they're very nice and friendly and super helpful I think that's what you want in a place you want to shop because no store has everything but that's all you can ask for

I always go to the one on Gosling, because I don’t have a car I went to that one on meals on wheels , very disappointed with the bakery side , got some turkey and now I’m sick to my stomach and I know it was the turkey , it didn’t smell very good but I still eat it , thinking maybe that’s the way it’s supposed to smell and the guy that waited on me acted like I was bothering him , no customer service experience and the lady that was putting the bread out also rude , no eye contact, no smile or is there anything I can help with . I will keep going to the other Kroger .I’m retired now but I used to do customer service and cashier and from 1 to 10 , u get a 1..worse Kroger ever ..no wonder everyone goes to HEB .
