This store has gone WAY down hill over the last few years. You have to ALWAYS check the expiration dates, on all items (especially the protein bar section).The deli randomly shuts down during the week so the ONE employee can take a break. No issues with the breaks, but wouldn't you have a backup person so it's not shutdown for 20-30 minutes?They only have 1-2 check out lines open so it forces you to use the self checkout, which can have a line 10 deep at times.Only go here now for necessities, as H‑E‑B IS FAR SUPERIOR!

The store is fine. I'm reviewing the pharmacy. My insurance dropped CVS, so I had to change. Tried a Walgreens which couldn't even get my first prescription right. I moved over to this pharmacy and couldn't be more pleased. They went overboard to help me & they are always cheery and helpful. Other pharmacies I've used, the employees always seem overworked, understaffed, and grumpy. Thanks, Kroger pharmacy!

Pharmacist Bae was super helpful this week and he helped me using the BLINK program to get two of my products : $3.70 and $5.00. He works with your prescription plan and finds the best price for you. So glad Pharmacist Bae is at our Alden Bridge Kroger pharmacy.

This Kroger Pharmacy is the best in The Woodlands. Very efficient, helpful and professional. I really love it. I'm just sorry it took us five years to land on it.

I used to shop at Kroger for years. What drove me away. The 1/2 way things get done. From the parking area littered with carts to my latest issue. 12 pack of Diet Coke - well, the seal opened at the end. So how did someone secure it. A tiny piece cellophane tape. Yep, you guessed it. Loading it in the car and the tape breaks loose and 12 cans go rolling all over. Grrrr!! The sushi area. Salmon sliced so thin it's basically just rice. Aisles left with merchandise for you to navigate around with no one there stacking it. I could go on and on.

do not go here if you're in a rush. i needed to get a few things and i don't always have my card on me. apple maps and their website literally said they take contactless payment(apple pay was one of them listed) and when i went to pay, the cashier told me they don't take apple pay. like if you don't take apple pay say that on your website. furthermore don't go here.

The store is clean. The clearance rack has some good buys! There is a old time electric rocking horse at the front of the store that kids can ride. It costs only a penny! What a great marketing tool! The prices seem decent.

I would not use this pharmacy until Pharmacist Jing Wang is terminated. She apparently believes she knows what's better for her patients than their own doctors and only fills prescriptions that are in line with her own political agenda. Recommend you avoid this pharmacy at all costs.Trashman appears to be a bogus account so his review should be taken with a few grains of salt.

Lots of fake reviews attacking Jin Wang who have never even been to this Pharmacy. BEN is in ND. BRAD is in TN. Lulu is a flat out false account. These folks are sheeple who follow a malicious "Doctor" zealot on Twitter who has a cancel culture following. Hopefully Kroger is ignoring this nonsense and anyone who reads thier asinine reviews can click the 3 dots and report them for bullying and harassment.

Be wary of any recent negative reviews here. Doctor Mary Talley Bowden of Houston is angry at pharmacists who will not fill prescriptions for Ivermectin & is publishing their names & work addresses (& in at least one case, the HOME address) on her social media feed which is resulting in baseless negative reviews & abuse from her followers.Anyone that doubts my claims can verify them on Dr Bowden's own Twitter feed at It's rather rich that Brad F (Brad) is questioning my veracity when he's reviewing a Texas pharmacy despite the fact he's based in Tennessee.

Do not shop here! They accuse customers of theft if you open a drink or a package while still in the store shopping. The woman that has been accused by Karen the manager was a POC so maybe white people are allowed but not POC. I would avoid this store. HEB would never do this!
