Pharmacist Bae was super helpful this week and he helped me using the BLINK program to get two of my products : $3.70 and $5.00. He works with your prescription plan and finds the best price for you. So glad Pharmacist Bae is at our Alden Bridge Kroger pharmacy.

The Kroger at 8000 Research Forest is terrible. Heard on the radio - fresher than fresh produce commercial with 27 inspection checks. i bought peaches on sale three weeks ago - all rotten on inside! Wilted, old, moldy produce weekly. This week Nature's Own Hawaiian Bread on BOGO - none in stock for the whole week. This store was better years back when Kroger CEO's wife shopped here! Since he retired, down hill. Wish Randall's hadn't dumped and run on Woodlands. Both Kroger and HEB have raised pricing and lowered quality and service. Terrible!

This is the absolute worst store I've ever been to in my life. The customer service and the workers attitude are sour and make you feel unwelcome and as if your questions or mere presence aggravates them. I bought some berries and didn't realize where bad, came back the same day to return them at a different location than where I had previously made the purchase from and was turned away because the code was from a different store. I drove 20 minutes to the original and because I didn't have my receipt (which I threw away because I didn't want to return anything in the first place) they didn't wanted to return them because they where opened (all berries come in a plastic containers that opens and closes easily). It is Impossible to rationalize with these people. Seems as if they intentionally hire from the bottom of the pool of applicants, or maybe they train them to be the absolute worst. I've worked retail all my life, I know they simply didn't want to do it because this is an issue easily fixed and doable at pretty much any grocery you can go to nowadays. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

The pharmacists are extremely kind, they work hard to make medications as cheap as possible, and they don’t treat you like an addict for being prescribed controlled substances. Visiting this pharmacy is such a positive experience in comparison to CVS. Totally worth the drive.

Best of the best! Wow! Andrew and his staff are nothing short of 6/5 stars! They are lightning fast, extremely friendly, and super competent. Way better than any Walgreens or CVS I’ve ever been to. Thanks guys

The best customer service in the business. This pharmacy maybe located in a chain grocery store but it has the feeling of a small town pharmacy. Everyone who works here wants to help you. I can not recommend it enough.

I imagine all Kroger's are like this one. The price labels are confusing; with card/without card, in or out crowd, who knows. Standard prices are well above other options in the area. The lines aren't long for checking out because not many people shop here.

Worst experience ever...... I went to the deli yesterday and Chris was very rude and ignored me while I waited at the counter...... I was asking him about the chicken at the deli and he was constantly acting like he was annoyed or aggravated with helping me....
