I went to the store for selling my kid’s clothes and there was 3 worker and then one of them were rude. She had no smile and I didn’t understand what she was saying because my English is my second language. I guess it made her more irritated. She told me I had to wait for an hour so I went to the gas station which is 6 min away from there and then they called me if I’m at the store or left. I told them I’m at the gas station and they told me that I’m not supposed to leave the store. I apologize that I didn’t know that I had to wait in the store. I went back to the store and the rude one was eating muffin and she saw me and told other 2 workers “that’s her”. So disappointed

Make sure to bring your clothes in a tote or laundry basket! They almost didn't take my clothes because I brought it in a bag! Other than that, I had a great experience. They bought a lot of my stuff and I was able to find what I needed for boys 8-10. It is well organized and clean. Highly recommend!

We get great deals here all the time. The selling process is great but I feel like they are picky about what they buy back which is great from a buyer’s perspective but they don’t give you much for your items compared to how much they mark it up. They have great sales and the staff are doing their best, most are friendly.
