Went into the Kendra Scott Woodlands location this past weekend to find a matching earring and necklace set for a wedding. Two lovely young ladies Sky and Grace helped me at color bar and while checking out. They helped me pick out the perfect pair, I will definitely be returning here!

Hated every minute of being there,went on Friday was not greeted, not a single offer for help after 45 mins being there. Probably since I was the only POC . people who walked in after me got help right away. I went to the register and the cashier asked if my items where at the register and I said they aren’t because I never got to talk to anyone about what I wanted. The new Hispanic employee that was being trained apologized and was sweet, she helped me get the stuff I wanted.Then I checked out with another employee who had flat affect no smile, no customer service attitude,nothing. As I was checking out I brought up my birthday discount and she applied it, but as I was about to pay I heard the cashier next to us tell her client about an additional promotion to get a necklace for $25 which was part of the birthday deal and my cashier heard her say it and didn’t even offer it to me… so I asked her if there was additional colors and she said no but i kept thinking about which one i wanted (both silver) and then she realized I was interested in them so finally she looked under the register for another color, and like I suspected there was a gold necklace so I purchased it, no thank you or anything … I will never come here again.

I received no welcome when I went in store and the employees didn't ask if I needed any help for 30 minutes. The only time they did say something was when I left. I really wanted to buy something but I felt very unwelcome. I would recommend not coming here and buying online.

This location is a hit and miss when it comes to customer service. Went in to get some stuff for the birthday month but end up walking out. The store was not busy, it was only me and another lady in there and about 6 associates standing by the cash wrap talking. No one bothered to greet or ask what brought me in. They were all too deep into their conversation to help. Will be buying online.

Courtney Martin, she is AMAZING she worked with me and had the best patience with me bc I'm difficult to pic out somthing and she was just so sweet and put on so many necklaces to go with the one I have. I just love her

The only time I was ever greeted was when I was on my way out the door after being ignored for 20 minutes. No greeting when I came in, not a single offer for help. I make eye contact with two employees signaling that I needed help, only for them to magically find something else to do or jump to help someone else. I guess you need to fit a certain standard to get help here.

Terrible customer service!I went to pick up a purchase made online and I didn't feel welcome. They very reluctantly gave me the package and did not want to give me the promotional necklace that was included as a gift with the purchase. They told me that they were out of stock while other customers who were just buying had them. Racist and unkind. I will never return to this location!

12/22 Update was contacted by store manager and she made the situation a much more pleasant one. Jessica went above and beyond to research issue and made it right. True asset to ur store.Terrible!!! Drove here to pick up gifts for wife had ordered online and had to check on another item but it was a terrible experience. Not a welcoming place at all. Associates that I encountered made me feel not welcome, out of place and felt rushed to leave. James Avery has way better respect for customers and helpful when buying for spouse. After seeing past reviews I've already emailed Kendra Scott customer service as I can see it's again putting u off to someone else.
