I love Kendra Scott jewelry but I was pretty disappointed with the lack of items they had available on display to purchase compared to their website. It seemed very scarce in the store. At the previous location it seemed like there were a ton of pieces of jewelry to look at even from their previous season’s lines. In addition I looked at their birthstone jewelry and for my September birthday I wanted to get the September stone ring and they were out of the September stone. It’s not even halfway through the month of September and they were already out of the stone for their rings that month?! And they were trying to sell me a December birthstone ring because it looks similar, but the point of getting the birthstone jewelry is to get a stone matching your birthstone. I really think this location needs more stock of their products. This used to be a fun store to go to the physical location and see the jewelry but it’s not enjoyable when there is no jewelry to see.

I love Kendra Scott jewelry. It's good quality and also affordable. Every time I go to this location they are always helpful. My most recent experience was wonderful. I was returning a pair of earrings I got as a gift. The lady was very kind checking to see if the ones I wanted were in stock and even suggesting some similar styles. She was able to see they were in stock online. She ordered them for me and I still had a little extra that she put on a gift card for me. I received my new earrings in the mail and can't be happier.

I went to pick up a gift for my daughter it was a beautiful ring for her daughter’s birthday. I was amazed at all the really nice gifts they had and I will be going back to get some things for myself and for gifts in the future. ?

Love the jewelry, but it really is a hit or miss whether or not you will be helped while you are there. I have had experiences that were wonderful and receptive, but others where I was given dirty looks. I love the product, but honestly stopped shopping there after having consistent negative experiences.

I had went to this location today because it was close to an appointment I had to go to after. I went in to exchange a braclet that was broken, they were very welcoming and literally only took like 5 mins for my exchange, which I was happy about, and it didn’t feel like a stressful trip. The employees were so nice and attentive and patient. Great service! Their restroom was clean and smelled amazing just something I appreciated.

I placed a pickup online order for a necklace, bracelet, and candle at the Market Street location. I also placed orders for Academy, Nothing Bundt Cake, and Target at the same exact time. All of my other orders were ready so I called Kendra Scott to see if my order would be ready for pickup soon while I'm out. They informed me that they didn't have the necklace gift set in gold, but they did have it in silver. They advised me to reorder the set & bracelet in silver (because color wasn't an issue) along with the candle and they would reject my current order. She also stated she would go ahead and pull the silver order so it would be ready.
We drove all the way over there through Ironman traffic and when we arrived I was told the new order I placed only had the necklace and bracelet, but no candle. I showed them the order number, email confirmation, and website confirmation all showing that the candle was indeed in the order I placed. Everything was behind the checkout gift wrapped and ready to go as the employee promised. The confused employee at the checkout and "manager" unwrapped the ready-to-go gift wrapped items and still went to the back and pulled another necklace and bracelet for unknown reasons (making extra work for themselves??) They then informed me that they would have to reject my order...even though the items were all sitting right there ready to go and I would need to repurchase them for a THIRD time. They kept saying "you won't be charged for the others" which I totally understand, but it doesn't change the fact that they have already come out of the account twice and you have to wait 2-3 business days for the refund. I refused to repurchase the same items from my online order that were sitting right behind the counter for the third time.
The employees have no knowledge of basic inventory or customer service. They let the situation get to the point where every customer in the store was looking at us and listening to the conversation.
We decided to just cancel everything and in an attempt to hopefully still get our items, we called customer service who told us "the order is not cancelled yet" let me call and fix the inventory issue holding up the purchase. We parked again and held for another 5-7 minutes and she came back saying "they cancelled the order now so you have to repurchase." After she had me hold and talked to the store, she was rude as well, didn't even ask about more information on my complaint with the employees. When I called her on it, she said well you told me this, this, and this happened (while talking over me trying to explain my concerns) and asked what else am I missing? I hope someone listens to that "recorded" conversation and uses it as a teaching opportunity to better your service because it's atrocious. I even offered to take only the necklace and bracelet because EVERY OTHER STORE with pickup will substitute or cancel the out of stock item only (even though the candle was on the counter) and still let you get the rest of the order. There was no resolution other than to repurchase for the third time to your employees. They lost you a sale and a customer, I will also be telling all my friends and family about this experience.
Employees are rude, can't handle your busy times, look at you like you're the idiot when they can't handle a simple situation that target could get fixed in 30 seconds without making you charge your card 3 times, management is a joke. I would stay far away from this store and spend my money elsewhere.

Went into the Kendra Scott Woodlands location this past weekend to find a matching earring and necklace set for a wedding. Two lovely young ladies Sky and Grace helped me at color bar and while checking out. They helped me pick out the perfect pair, I will definitely be returning here!

Hated every minute of being there,went on Friday was not greeted, not a single offer for help after 45 mins being there. Probably since I was the only POC . people who walked in after me got help right away. I went to the register and the cashier asked if my items where at the register and I said they aren’t because I never got to talk to anyone about what I wanted. The new Hispanic employee that was being trained apologized and was sweet, she helped me get the stuff I wanted.Then I checked out with another employee who had flat affect no smile, no customer service attitude,nothing. As I was checking out I brought up my birthday discount and she applied it, but as I was about to pay I heard the cashier next to us tell her client about an additional promotion to get a necklace for $25 which was part of the birthday deal and my cashier heard her say it and didn’t even offer it to me… so I asked her if there was additional colors and she said no but i kept thinking about which one i wanted (both silver) and then she realized I was interested in them so finally she looked under the register for another color, and like I suspected there was a gold necklace so I purchased it, no thank you or anything … I will never come here again.
