I witnessed Marquis pull one of employees from helping me during a sale and tell him that he was racist and could not help me anymore. It was very unprofessional and made me not want to continue to shop.

Biggest mistake coming in here. The guy was polite but when helping me place an online order for a shoe they didn't have the system froze and depleted my gift card. After 15 min of waiting I decided to just cancel my order but they couldn't give me my gift card because it said it was zeroed out. I had to wait an additional 15-30 min just to get my gift card back. Again the staff was not at fault but the process to fix the problem was not the best. This was my first time visiting a journeys will probably stick to online shopping.

The store isn't very large, it was very busy, and some parents were letting their parents run around.Despite this the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Great store atmosphere for little kids and shopping in general! The staff is fast and friendly. I do prefer the Willowbrook kids store to this one, but this is a very close 2nd!

(Translated by Google) I like this place! The guys who work there make comments about the tennis that are used in the boys of the age and they recommend you the best, they show interest for you and for what you feel comfortable! I congratulate you for having people who like to do their job well ? ?

The worst customer service I have ever come across on multiple occasions. I will never purchase another pair of shoes from any Journeys.

I went in to buy some converse for me and my 4yo and the ones I wanted they only had one size left. So the lady sold the display which had a scuff on the toe. She told me if the size didn't work I could return them since converse run different than most shoes. I went home tried to walk around in the house to see how the size would work and they hurt the side of my toe. I went a day later to return and another lady refused them. I never went anywhere in them just around the house. I explained that the shoe was a display and she should call the lady who sold them to me so she could verify. She simply told me no and I can't return them. Then she asks me "do you have hard wood floors or carpet?" Come to find out its against store policy to sell a display shoe and I didn't know that until I called customer service. I was assured that the shoe wasn't worn and probably was dropped by customers a few times. The lady told me I could come back another day when the one who sold me the shoe was there which is a huge inconvenience being that I have a job and a child with no extra time during the week. I have never had a bad experience in journeys until today. Her attitude was horrible. After I get this issue resolved I can't see myself going there again.

I normally have had good experiences when I have shopped here, but this evening was a different story.... This evening me, my little girl and my husband went into the store to take back a pair of shoes that my daughter got as a b-day gift, because the shoes were falling apart after her wearing them maybe 10 times. When we went and I told them what I was needing the manager came over to help us, he basically told us that it was our fault that the shoes were coming apart... That the shoes were too big for my daughter and that was what was making them come unstitched... This was a $60 pair of shoes, of course I was going to buy them a little big, I didn't want her outgrowing them in a month. They were not that big, no bigger on her than any of her other shoes. The manager agreed that we could exchange them or get our money back. We decided to have her try on some other style shoes, so another guy (with weird dyed greyish colored hair and long weird bangs & a sock hat) came to help us. At first he seemed fairly friendly, but then when my daughter didn't care for any of the other shoes and I asked to just get my money back his attitude totally changed. He first rolled his eyes at me, he then picked up the shoes I was returning and slammed them down on the counter and was just hateful acting towards me, as if the money was coming out if his pocket. He is very lucky that my husband didn't decide to go off on him.... I was actually too shocked to say anything to him. I know that if I ever plan to shop there again and I see that he is working I will not be stopping in. All I can say is this guy needs to get over himself....
