Biggest mistake coming in here. The guy was polite but when helping me place an online order for a shoe they didn't have the system froze and depleted my gift card. After 15 min of waiting I decided to just cancel my order but they couldn't give me my gift card because it said it was zeroed out. I had to wait an additional 15-30 min just to get my gift card back. Again the staff was not at fault but the process to fix the problem was not the best. This was my first time visiting a journeys will probably stick to online shopping.

Always have good deals eveytime I go here. Most of the time I don't need shoes but leave with some anyways.

This first issue the girl at the counter gave me two different shoe sizes one being a 6 then 10 and clamoring she didn't know nor did she want to fix the problem. I get home and notice after she changed one of the shoes out that they are both different colors. I call to tell them and someone in the background yell "it wasn't me" so unprofessional there is nothing but children working there. I paid almost $200 of shoes to get the wrong colors.

I'd love to give a 5 star rating. Most Journey's I got to works for one, and deserves one. However today, employee #627554 was not to the standard. We stood at the register waiting for someone to get a shoe size for us, when #627554 walked right past us, I had to ask her to get the shoes size, she then told us she didn't have the size we needed, how could you not when I'm holding the size I need in my hand? it was the display. Finally she gets the shoes we needed, rings us up, asked for my email as usual, but when stated to her she didn't put it in. I never received my email for my purchase. I feel as though Journey's wants upbeat pleasant folks working for them, and that is not the experience we got with #627554.

Beyond grateful for the kindness we received from Dani K and her team. We had and issue with a pair of boots (manufacturing problem) she went above and beyond assisting us. She and her team exude professionalism and unwavering dedication to customer service.

I took my niece out for some shopping and we happened upon this Journey’s. The sales associate, Morgan, was amazing. Not only did she do her job to a T, she was personable, attentive, friendly and all around amazing! Thank you for being the kind of store and employees to set an example for her on what customer service should be!

horrible manager!! she promised to send us a coupon to makeup for her inadequacy of applying our coupon. i called her twice about it and both times she lied and never sent anything!! wtf!!!

Will never shop at this store again due to the absolute worst customer service. Punk kids on a power trip, wont allow patrons to try on displays and then disrespected me as I try to put it back saying, “he has to fix it back the way he had it on the rack” TBH, I didn't adjust anything on a zip up shoe and said I was putting back the way I left it. He sarcastically laughed at me then followed me out the store harrassing me. Never will I enter that store neither will I buy from them online if that's how they treat their customers. Completely unacceptable especially by a store in the woodlands.

Went to Journeys today and wanted to get the red Hey Dudes. Checked the price (59.99) and asked the co-manager for my size. Tried them on and they were great, so I went to check out. While checking out he told me that he would take 10 dollars off if I purchased socks. So I picked out a pack and then he rang everything up. The shoes rung up for 59.99, and he said that was the $10 off price. I said no- that’s what they’re price tagged at and he said “oh they’re labeled incorrectly they’re actually supposed to be $70.” I kindly thanked him for his help and walked away. I had 0 problems paying $60 for the shoes, but what I had a problem with was the manager thinking I’m stupid. I looked on the website and they’re labeled 59.99, not $70 like he said. He would have gotten a sale if he didn’t try to lie to me to sell $7 socks.

Went in today for some shoes that they ended up not even having. Danielle K helped me and I ended up buying Two pairs of converse. We had matching tattoos even. Really laid back, she was very professional. I will only be buying shoes from her from now on.
