First of all my associate Gilbert did a fantastic job with his customer service. Very professional and he really knows what he is doing. Secondly, the pickup notification came in at least 4 days before they said it should be ready (yay…. no last minute stuff). Lastly, my sleeves were just a little too short on the jacket and Gilbert immediately took the jacket in the back and made the alteration! I posted pictures of him in the back doing the alteration and running that portion of the sleeve through the iron press to get out any wrinkles. I’ve never seen such immediate resolution to a potential major issue solved so quickly in the suit/tailor world. I was super impressed! Thanks Jos. A Bank and thank you Gilbert!

Ethan was FANTASTIC!!! Ethan was positive and patient as he helped to assist with my son’s first 3pc suit for his HS graduation. We completed the whole look from head to toe. Originally we started at Men’s warehouse but we would’ve had to go to 3 different locations just to piece everything together. The whole staff from my observation was amazing, they were hands on assisting customers!!! Thanks Again

Went by at 10:30 am on Saturday 12/16/2023 in your Woodlands Mall location. Though hours of operation on the door showed 9:00 opening, the doors were locked at 10:30 and outside of Black Friday, would’ve been among the busiest shopping days of the year, being a Saturday close to Christmas. Are they able to explain why they were closed at that time?

I have been calling since yesterday trying to set up my final fitting for my wedding and no one answers the phone. They said my order was suppose to come in on the 1st of November and that they would give me a call in case anything changed or when it got delivered no call has been received.
