Very rude older blonde sales clerk… told me I couldn’t return to store without pre-authorization only .. another nice salesclerk said she could help me and I was able to return in Store.. I will never shop at this store again.

Rude salesperson. I picked out a sweater from the sales rack and when I went to purchase it, the salesperson said it’s not on sale. She walked over and saw the rest of the sweaters and just said well I don’t know why they are on the sale rack because they are not on sale. I get that sometimes mistakes happen but she was so rude and condescending. I will never shop there again.

I love the style... but frankly - the quality doesnt come close to matching the price. You really must hand wash for this brand not to fall apart. Who has time for that? The acid washed fabric has holes in it after 3 washes. And you must be extremely tall or heavy for the huge tunics to look good on. Very disappointed with my last order. Oh AND after $700 worth - they don't even bother to pay return postage. What a rip off.

Such a fun place to shop! They were having their 3 year birthday celebration and there was music and treats! The employees were so helpful and fun that I bought way more than I planned. I will go back there every time I'm at Market Street! All retail stores should have this festive environment. Thank you.
