It is a vampire dires ring means alot to me and came with a warm welcome and got a fix on it. And it no longer slides ? no charge such a grate staff loveing and just wanted to make me day and that they did thankyou guys ?? ”

“People are amazing. I had been treated pretty well. I'm not giving a 5-star rating because of the customer service for my earring repair. I used the earrings only once on my wedding day, and the stone looked weird. I recently picked it up to use it again, and the stone was very awkward. I sent it for repair, and it makes me mad that the quality of the earring was poor. They are saying that I used it wrong. I wear my engagement ring every day, put on lotion, go to the pool with it, and my diamond is still perfect. So, it's frustrating that they are trying to blame me for something that I used only once! Paying for the repair of this poor quality doesn't feel right.”

“I have wanted to pierce my ears again for some time now, but just didn't have the money and I am particular about how much I wanted to spend for this service. Luckily Claire’s doesn't charge for the piercing. They only charge for aftercare products and the earrings that you select. The associate was very young, but also very professional and accommodating to my personal opinion of where I desired them to be. Be sure you know what you want before you go because you have to live with it. And, if you don't speak up during the process you only have yourself to blame!”
