Stuck up ignorant people who have a complex because they work in Jcpenny in the mall as an adult.The Conroe store forgot to take a security tag off my jeans so I stopped by here and they didn't open for 10 min. I signaled the employee over to the door and she said I would have to wait for 10 min instead of just helping me out real quick. Entitled dumb people. That's why I moved to the country.

I was trying to return a ring, that I had previously bought in another JCPenney store, I had all my paperwork- receipts with me… and the lady on the jewelry department denied to proceed with the return. She did not even try to help…I originally bought the ring in another JCPenney store which is far from my home or work that is I was training to return the item in that location closer from work. My complaint is the next; I been a JCPenney client for more than 20 yrs. And I have done that before. Buy a pice of jewelry change my mind and return it in another store….. the lady was rude I asked her to at least please try to do the refund. she did no even did and attempted to help in any way. So disappointed on the staff.
